Nice selection of merchandise, WORST customer service EVER!My real rating would be negative 5 stars, if I could.My family and stopped here on our way back to Ontario. We were towing our travel trailer, so my husband dropped myself and the kids off to go in and shop, while he turned the trailer and truck around to pull off to the side of the driveway, since we wouldn't fit in the parking lot. As he is in the middle of doing this, an older gentleman came charging out of a side door, yelling and cursing at my husband to get out of here, we weren't welcome there. My husband attempted to explain that he was just turning around, that I was in the store shopping. The older gentleman wasn't even listening. He continued to yell and curse in english and french, and seemed to get even more agitated when my husband responded in french as well. Eventually, the man stormed away. I wish i had saved my money and not bought anything from this store. They were recommended to us by the Quebec Visitor Information Centre, who I will be contacting to let them know, that non-Quebecers are not welcome, and will strongly suggest they not recommend this store to tourists. I understand now why my GPS wanted be to drive home through the USA opposed to Quebec, next time I will.

TERRIBLE people run this business!! Came her with the kids to get some souvenirs on a road trip. Kids had a few things they were choosing out and the owner? Came over and yelled at us for letting the kids touch the TOYS they had for sale that the kids were checking out to purchase! People who treat their customers like this don’t deserve to be in business. At least one other family also left the store appalled by his behaviour towards us. Everyone in the store left their purchases behind. DON’T SHOP HERE!!!

Children selling foreworks. Refused to sell some roman candles to me cause I smiled about holding them in hand. Plus the two boys walking and looking at stuff she had her friend watch them like we are thiefs .. won't go back.. sad

Great local business. Must see! If you need to buy a gift you'll find something for everyone here! And lots of other really cool stuff you'll also want to get too! Extensive firework stock! Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff is SUPER courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices on fireworks are the most fair. BEM is the only place to go for firework-related goodies. They have a lot of fun collectibles and party jokes in their souvenir shop.Merçi aux deux chères qui nous ont servi!

Stopped here on our family trip back from New Brunswick. Great little gift shop with lots to offer. Very friendly staff too.

To all business owners be careful when buying your fireworks from them. Right a lot of municipalities are banning the sale of fireworks check with your municipalités befor you order owner of Ben dose not care he will not take them back he should relise that it’s small business that made them what they are very bad owners very greedy they don’t care just be careful doing business with them

We went here to get some fireworks for Deepavali (Diwali). They have a good variety of crackers. Also, it's a very good souvenir shop too. Many different items, especially the mugs were amazing.Friendly staff. Plenty of parking outside.

I am super sick and really needed to use the washroom. She asked me to buy something as the washroom is for customers only. Thats fair enough. So still sick and feeling terrible i tried to buy something with debit. Well what do you know. Its $5 min for debit so she made me go out to my car and get cash. Just a very rude and inconsiderate place. Also the selection is tacky and it smells horrible. Total tourist trap.

Lovely lady at the cashier, helpful and sweet! We got some knick knacks, and some small presents for family. Speaks both English and French. Clean and packed with goodies! Love the randomness of some things we found, and even found two great Christmas presents (I know it's early but we like to plan in advance) that family will love!
