Check your order! Check your order! Check your order! There is a direct relationship to checking it and having it right! When you don't you'll find out once you are home. I asked for 3 junior burgers on Saturday and when I got home there has three wrappers with only buns! Kids were not impressed. I was not impressed. Check your order!

Quality food. Probably one of the better fast food restaurants in town. They never get your order wrong, and they use real chicken breast. Great burgers and salads are also pretty snackin

I've had Wendy's 3 times. Last night we ordered and they forgot an entire meal. And later, my kid got food poisoning. So gross. Won't be ordering from this location again. I've ordered from other locations and it was fine. Not this one. I may be asking health inspector to check it out.

Unprofessional customer serviceOn April 19,2023, at 5 10 p.m., I had an order to pick up, and the 2 girls were working at the front. They seemed lost and knew what they were doing, missed up orders, and got confused.40 minutes, I got them to figure out what the right order to the right customer.

Really good decor; newly renovated. Nice big open seating area, big windows for natural sunlight. Better than McDonald's in some ways, like they have pop dispensers that offer a very large set of possible drinks.No play area for kids though.However, there is usually just one cash register available and this results in lineups, both indoors and drive-thru. Their app works wellEDIT: The lemonade is too sweet and too tart. I want to taste the lemon flavour but that is overpowered by the sweetness and the sourness.The counter between the drink machines is always sticky as if they never clean it.

The food has been in decrement for years, for what you pay is not really worth as you can get a better fresh burger at other places. They have a huge drinks machine with a large number of flavors. The service is really not the best. The guy that took our order didn’t even make eye contact with us, but to be sarcastic about a difference between 2 menus we asked. It's not really a place I will go back, maybe just for a sunday and french fries if there is nothing else around.

Let me start by saying: the teenager who was awake at 6 am for drivers ed was fabulous. She managed to get everyones order, no mistakes, she took care of the drive through, and she managed the crowd well. I gave her a dollar and a mint, and i hope she sees this, she has 5 stars from me.The manager however needs to schedule more people. They were obviously short staffed, the door was locked when the dining room closed, but customers couldn’t leave. Customers were yelling at a 15/16 year old staff member because a DOOR WAS LOCKED??!? Having a single “extra” staff member couldve stood at the door to let people out as they need, or at least let people trying to enter know the dining room was closed. Its a friday, people are going to be out. There was a baseball team eating! 2 front staff members is not enough for this type of rush. They did fantastic, and truly I admire how well they managed - I personally would have been flustered and frustrated, as well as PETRIFIED when the customer began yelling - but those star staff members will eventually burn out.TLDR; they are short staffed, patience is a virtue. The staff and the food is well worth it. Refill your drink while you wait, take a chill pill, and maybe dont scream at teenagers. None of this is their fault.

The restaurant is quite when I got there but customers started to build-up few minutes after. The store is clean and the crews are friendly. It is the very first time I tried a Wendy's burger and it was actually good. I also ordered chicken strips on my visit. Comparing it to chicken strips I tried from different restaurant, price-wise theirs is few cents high considering the strip's size. The one I got was a bit harder from the breading so I wasn't sure if it was from the way it was fried/ovened/cooked or maybe it's their own style. It wasn't a bad experience after all.

Standard Wendy’s experience generally! Service can be a little slow, and the dining room (particularly the floor) could be cleaner, but overall it’s fine. Food quality is reliable.
