Takara Plum wine was deliciously sweet, complex and refreshing! a great mixture of aftertastes to compliment your meal.Tried their new takoyaki menu -- gekki kara -- served fresh -- piping hot and crisp on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. generous piece of tako in the centre. Would have wished that there were more toppings on the top. Needed two bites to finish each one and there were only enough toppings for the first bite.Shio Ramen is always a classic. Broth was light and flavorful and pleasantly tasty -- quite different than tokiwa which has a heavier flavour to their broth.Sushi is average here... nothing to be noted for, but the umami of a few maki goes well with the Ramen soup base.Price a little on the heavy side... but with covid everything is.Service top notch! Kuddos to the waitress!

Great experience! Friendly staff, prompt service, tasty food! Good portion sizes at a reasonable price for the quality and amount (although on the whole still on the pricier side. . . . Definitely more of a special occasion visit vs a regular sushi stop). Only downside being that one of our orders came out quite a good deal later than the others but not by an overly long amount of time.

Went here to meet up with a friend and luckily made it for Happy Hour (ends at 18:00). The server let me order a few beers ahead of time before happy hour ended as well! Got the Dragon Roll and the Tan Tan ramen and they were both very good. Would definitely recommend them. A great place to catch up with a friend for sure.

Nomiya serves up delicious sushi and other Japanese dishes. The atmosphere is modern and sophisticated.The menu at Nomiya is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes and preferences. Some of my personal favorites include the sushi rolls, we tried the dragon rolls which were delicious. They also have a great selection of appetizers, like the crispy gyoza dumplings and the savory edamame, which are perfect for sharing.Overall, I highly recommend Nomiya for anyone looking for delicious Japanese food in a stylish and sophisticated setting!

Definitely great food, to honestly I mostly come here for Ramen, Always a consistent experience, the food is super delicious and brings me great joy. I usually try to get something different every time. Try out thier seasonal drink menu as well! The staff is super friendly, and helpful with the menu, delicious food.
