Champagne Installations

We had Champagne Installations provide and install our new sliding patio door. It turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend using their services!

Regarding our patio doorWent through Home Depot as they were a well know company and the guy came for an installation quote early April 2022 . On the contract we signed and both of us agreed on it said date of completion will be 14-16weeks from date signed ( April 6) . It is now the October 22 nd and no door or confirmed date of completion. I've called every month and was always told it would be in soon it was delayed but will be in that month . Phoned this month and Tristan who I was referred to said that it will be in by the 28th. Looked at my emails today and now they can't do it until November.Update the door has finally been installedNot good at communicating or meeting deadlines

Had a large project more then 20 windows installed. Damion and Kyle were my main crew and they were truely amazing with my animals and keeping us informed on decisions. The windows look fantastic and we’re not easy I would recommend them to anyone with pets or special needs.

They had 1 window to install and 4 panes of glass to replace in 4 of the windows . The purchase was through Home Depot then the install was them . It was water access and each time they showed up they never had the tools and material to finish the install . It took 8 boat trips from the marina on numerous days to complete and without proper finishing . I wouldn’t buy from Home Depot again if the service was through them

Great experience from start to finish.Windows were all measured and installed correctly and on time (despite the longer wait due to Covid which was addressed at the time of purchase).We love the quality of the windows, and talk almost daily about how nice it feels with new windows in the house!Thanks! Professional process from start to finish. Product was provided and installed efficiently by the crew, tidy and cheerful. Vinyl window replacement for entire house went smooth.

Purchasing a patio door from Home Depot in Barrie. Wanted it installed. They take my info and say someone is going to call me. This company calls me a few days later. I let the girl know I want an in stock patio slider installed. She she we do t install I stock items from Home Depot. I’m thinking then why are you calling me ??? I try to explain I want the in stock Canadian made slider for $1000 installed. She says, nope, we only custom orders. So I ask how much then for you to do a custom patio door, she replies $2500-$3000… I’m like what get heck! So I said well that right. I want the in stock item and I’m not paying that… then she hung up! Not impressed Champagne Installation!!!

5/5 stars! I'm SO pleased with the work of Champaign Installations replacing all my windows and doors to my century home. They were diligent, thorough, professional and clearly pride themselves on craftsmanship and attention to detail, making sure the job is done RIGHT! It's so hard to find good contractors in my area, who are familiar with old homes and the surprises that come along with them. My home also has many uneven and unlevel areas, and they were able to work with it and made everything look so much better and LEVEL! Extremely knowledgeable of older homes which I really appreciated and made me feel like I made the right choice without a shed of doubt. They gave me a bit of history with what they found behind the walls of my home, and communicated with me any time they came across something interesting, which I really really appreciated. Thank you SO much to the entire team - Tyler and Tristian are great owners who are involved in the project from day 1 to make sure everything goes to plan, even when plans change. Cole the supervisor also present to make sure everything goes to plan and isn't afraid to jump right in and help the team. Kyle is extremely skilled at what he does, takes his time for detail yet very efficient and a fast worker. Damien and Nick are also fantastic with detailed work and keep a fun and positive vibe no matter the weather or job at hand. They're all very friendly of animals too, made my dogs feel nice giving them little rubs and pets when they'd greet them. Once the project was done, one of the owners and/or supervisor comes for a final walk through to see if we noticed any little things that might need to be touched up or anything. Even if we notice it later, I'm free to call them to check it out which gives me some peace of mind. Overall, for a first time renovation of this size and the anxieties that come with it, I'm extremely pleased and the contract amount was honored til the end - no surprises on the bill what so ever. 100000% over and over I'd choose Champaign Installations for other projects in the future. We recently had 6 windows and the front door of our home renovated and we are thoroughly satisfied. Nick was very knowledgeable in explaining all our options, and we never felt pressured. The installation went flawlessly and Vidas was a real professional. Nick addressed a few small issues that arose and all was resolved.
