I just received my new Sunrise hot tub from New Wave Spas & Pool Services and remain a happy camper after 23 years of service with this company. We started with them in late 1999 when Cathy and Rob Coolen were contracted to install a hot tub and swimming pool. They are outstanding dealers, responsive to your problems and quick with a fix. Cathy is a hot-tub whisperer. Call her with a problem and she can give you an accurate diagnosis over the phone. Their prices are fair and service is the best.

New wave pools gave us a beautiful pool. They worked very hard and are always just a call away for any help or advice. We had an awesome landscaper Henry Sikkema who created a dream plan and landscaping for us. He worked seamlessly with new wave pools and now he will be working for new wave ! Rob and Cathy installed our in ground pool and the experience from start to finish, was seamless. They took care of every detail and kept us informed every step of the way. We were impressed with the quality/brand name of all the equipment included in the quote and the fact they came in on budget and on schedule. We are thrilled with our new pool and with the service and support they continue to provide. Highly recommend New Wave if you’re considering a pool or spa.

Our hot tub topside controller was non responsive the week before Christmas. Called New Wave and Cathy asked me to send photos. I did this on a Sunday, she replied to my email that day when the store was closed. Cathy ordered the part on Monday and told me Dave would be at our house Thursday or Friday to install the part. The installation took place Wednesday, two days later! We were able to use our hot tub over the holidays! Between Christmas & New Year’s, Cathy also followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well. We appreciated your top notch customer service! Thank you!

We had New Wave install our pool a couple of years ago and we’re so glad we did. Not only was the installation quick and seamless, their continued support after the installation has been outstanding. Cathy and Amy go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, including responding after hours and following up if there’s an issue. They were even able to coordinate a same-day appointment with a gas technician to make sure our pool would be in perfect condition for a party we had scheduled. I can’t recommend them enough!

When I had a hot tub, I bought my supplies from here and was always happy. Now I use the Purolator service they also have, and am glad for it too - I like walking in and smelling the 'pool' scent, it reminds me of summer and good times. Strictly from a Purolator service, I do wish they provided a proof of package, an email maybe acknowledging a return parcel dropped off. An email would not be additional paperwork/cost, but I do recognize it's an additional task - UPS does it and it goes a long way in my books.

The staff are very polite and trustworthy. I went in to purchase some items for our pool and asked some general Questions about getting an inground pool and the staff answered quickly and no pushy sales tactics. I would definitely go back if we decide to take the plunge. (Dad joke was free - lol!)
