We had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Salloum and Narish Maharaj throughout the entire process of buying a new home and selling our current one while under very quick and terrifying time constraints. This process, as many of you know (If you don't, buckle up!) can be very stressful, with many moving parts. We could not have done it without these two! We were not well versed in this industry, nor the muddy waters we had to navigate ahead of us. These two guided us through every step of the way!Narish was our first point of contact when it was time to get pre-approved. This was effortless on our end and he made sure we were shopped in the best markets at the best rates, that met all of our needs. Narish provided the groundwork to prepare us to pull the trigger on our dream home when/if the time came, without ever having to look back. Once we had found our home (a year later!) Narish was still waiting in the weeds, ready to pounce on the current markets. One phone call and he explained the entire process to us at a level my ignorant self could understand! This very confusing, stressful process was made very clear to us at every step of the way. Even when I berated him with questions, he was patient and tactful.Once the wheels were in motion, we were passed onto one of Narish's right-hand guys, Nick Salloum, who for the rest of the way, handled the banks/lenders, took care of all documentation and was always a phone call or email away every time I felt under the gun or had a million (more) questions. I could reach Nick at almost any time and he was unbelievably quick to respond or follow through with something he said he'd do. To say this man is reliable would be a drastic understatement. Trust me, you need this guy!These two both made us feel like we had known them for years, they took care of us the way only friends and family would from the beginning. They understand what you're going through during this hectic time and they make it look easy!I don't know why anyone would ever look anywhere beyond Dominion Mortgage Pros. This place was awesome. Straight forward and answered all of my questions as they came up.. They only did 1 credit check so that it doesn't keep going against your rating.
