Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable; offer you what's more ideal or cost efficient for you, helps you gain and maintain points. I'm almost always offered a tea of the day sample when I come in. Very yummy teas, good prices, great selections.

I tried my first cup of DAVIDsTEA yesterday and immediately knew that I needed to get my hands on more. Upon entering the store, the ladies working there were informative, fun and incredibly helpful. I spent so much time smelling everything but I wasn't allowed to feel guilty cause Kate is an absolute star! I spent way too much money and don't regret it at all. LOVE this tea.

I literally cannot stress how kind, helpful, and genuine the employees at this David's tea are. They are always happy and welcoming and when I went in once when I was feeling upset they went out of their way to brighten my day and even offered me a discount on my purchase in the end just to make me smile. Brand loyalty isn't something that people have much of these days but I definitely and loyal to this location of David's tea.

Amazing tea! I love tea so much and the variations they have in store are great! It's not crazy expensive either like previous specialty tea shops I've been to, but the quality is still there.
