Great location. Secure, clean, well monitored. Excellent staff. Ask for Tony in particular, he will go above and beyond to see that your needs are met. Can’t recommend enough.

Nice clean facility. Great staff that is very helpful. But there are seldom, if ever any carts available, the very heavy door slams into you quickly as soon as you open it, and there are so many deep cracks and crevices in the sidewalk that if you do have a cart, you cannot get over them without losing all of your stuff. Fix the cracks and put a delay on the heavy doors and you will get 5 stars.

Tony (property manager) is great. Helpful, available, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your experience. The place is clean and well cared for. Also, the app works well - no bugs, intuitive, does everything you’d want it to.

Great storage facility! The workers are attentive and aware of whats going on they check and make sure every unit is secure each night theres nobody living in storage units or lurking around they close up at 9 every night so no late night shady stuff happening its clean its dry and its probsbly the best storage ive ever used. Plus the prices are reasonable. I love it

The office manager, Tony, is a exceptional human being. He went above and beyond to help me with getting the moving truck to my space and helped relieve my anxiety about the whole storage thing. Just a super nice guy! The facility is easy to find and very clean and tidy!

Tony was great showed us around the lot and all the access points and how to use the app. Real professional at all times.

Definitely 5 star review. I received a call from Tony at Montreal Way located near Mendata Heights MN. He was making security rounds last night and discovered my storage space unlocked. After Tony let me know I scooted right over there and locked it properly. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tony!

Pricing is/was decent, I was just given a five week notice of a 30% price hike, which I think is a bit excessive, and having just moved into the unit a mere 4 months ago... the idea of moving all my stuff now is ridiculous. It took 3 months to fill it. It definitely feels shady. I would give zero stars for this treatment, but I have to àdmit the facility is nice.Edit: In response to my review, I received a call from this facility. They attempted to submit a request to drop my rate on my behalf, which was pretty much immediately denied via text message... on a Saturday. An automated response is my guess. The money means something, but more than that, the lack of customer care. The way it transpired suggests to me that the specific location cares but have their hands tied in some respects, and are at the mercy of upper management which seemingly saw fit to not even grant an extra month before the rate increase. I'll pay the rate increase because I have no choice at the moment. I'll add one more star to my review given the call I received.
