Kattia's kitchen authentic Mexican

I have been anxiously awaiting trying this, and had the opportunity at the PFC game. I had a burrito and my wife had the chicken quesadilla. I ordered the rajas burrito, but realized about a third of the way in (I kept hoping to get to the good stuff I guess) that I got a vegan burrito. It was terrible -no taste or heat at all (I don't mind zucchini, but surely they could have more flavour somehow). However, I gave them a three star rating because I didn't take it back (I had waited long enough at that point). I tried my wife's quesadilla, and it was ok but I can't say it was worth the lineup or the price. I am sure some of the other menu items are better, so I might try them again sometime.

Hands down best tacos in Victoria!!!!! Have had them on multiple occasions and they are absolutely delicious!! I have also booked them for catering and Kattia was so kind to me on the phone, and via email, explaining all the catering options. She was the most accommodating person ever, helping coordinate dietary restrictions and swapping out a salad option for dessert!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Tried this food truck at the Saanich Fair, waited over an hr for food. Very slow service. Burrito bowl was definitely missing flavour and seasoning. It was very bland and just gross actually. However the mexifries were good with pulled pork filling, the only reason it saved us from full hanger.

$7 for a tiny taco and a small bowl of canned quality soup. The tacos were Not authentic. Not tasty. Overpriced. Beef tacos is ground beef in sauce. Out of the bag tortillas. Shamefully not authentic.

We had Kattia's kitchen cater our wedding and my goodness she went above and beyond. We received many compliments on the food and how much better/unique it was to have a food truck at our wedding! If you are searching, search no longer!! The food was delicious, everyone's meals were out in a timely matter and everyone was able to go back up from seconds! We can't thank Kattia and her amazing staff enough. Thank you for being part of our special day!

Poor customer service: I was questioned as to why I wanted extra crispy fries when I ordered, because they are “already crispy”, and then got soft fries.My grandmother and I ordered two large teas and she asked if she could have two tea bags in her cup and we were going to be charged for two separate tea’s. We thought it would be fine because a large typically comes with two tea bags. We were definitely told we were wrong.I ordered a large chai tea with oat milk and I would have never known there was chai in it because it only tastes like steamed oat milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon on-top.Every table we tried to sit at was oily and sticky and had left over food scraps from previous customers; it loooed like someone dumped their food on the middle of the room and it has been dried up and crusted over.I understand these may be small inconveniences, but it doesn’t mean that we have to get questioned, talked about and glared at while we triiiieeddddd. To enjoy our time in the little cafe.

She was parked on Keating crossroad yesterday. Picked up a deep fried burrito it was so good. I'll have to find out where she is tomorrow to go back.

We were very excited to have a food truck cater our wedding in the summer of 2022. When researching options we discovered Kattia’s Kitchen and we are so glad that we did! We really wanted to support a local business and when we had our first tasting we knew that Kattia’s kitchen was a perfect fit for us. Kattia is professional, organized, and kind. She offers incredibly delicious cuisine, and a menu that could be adjusted for all dietary needs. We had vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, meals that were safe for severe nut allergies, and delicious meat options for those with no restrictions. We were able to add plates, cutlery, and a busser to elevate the experience. Guests were able to go to the food truck, order what they would like, and they quickly received their gorgeous dinner. It was a HUGE hit with our guests. Folks are still raving about the burritos, tacos, bowls, and ice cream burritos sandwiches. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, delicious, and fun option for your wedding or event, I would highly recommend Kattia’s kitchen authentic Mexican.

The food is amazing and the staff are lovely. Prices are very reasonable for wonderful home cooked food. They specialize in Mexican cuisine but they also have North American. I always go after my workout at Commonwealth Place.

Quite dissapointed. Deep fried burrito was small. 6 inch not 12. Ground beef not steak of any kind. Can get Ground beef any day of the week at home. Was hoping for much better.
