Mark was my first dentist as a child. To this very day (30+ years later) I recollect how horrible those visits were for me. I grew up fearing dentists after my experiences with Mark. I am surprised to see he still practises!

Dr. Richardson is extremely knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease. I have a great deal of anxiety around dentists and he understood that and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I am impressed that he searches for oral cancer with each visit and listens to what the patient wants. His staff are very friendly and very professional. I just wish I would have found him years ago!

Dr Richardson takes the time to explain the procedure and calm the anxiety around oral surgery. He shows compassion for those that he is treating. He followed up personally after the procedure knowing the health challenges that we experience. We would highly recommend his team to anyone.

So many great things I could say about this place, but I think the most important is how I felt after my treatments. Dr Mark used these different techniques that really helped me through my treatments that i have never experienced before. As well as education. I valued learning more around the mouth / health connection to ones well being. And making small changes feel powerful and purposeful. In the past I have felt shamed walking out of a dentist office ... this week I feel empowered.
