Had a weekend emergency, they offer 24/7 servive. Was told they had no one to come out . Went with another company. They need to change their hours.

Contractor was very punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends.

We had our water heater leak and cause some damage. My husband is pretty handy and was able to remove the old water heater and repair the damage. We were looking at a few different companies to do the installation. Our home has some renovations and so we actually have half the house on a different water heater. We were debating installing a tankless water heater for the entire house instead. We had 4 companies come and give us quotes. Rob was the only one who didn’t try and sell us on the tankless. He told us it wouldn’t save us money in the long run since it was a lot more expensive. We really appreciated his honesty. His prices are fair and very reasonable for the quality of work. He also did good work and was quick and efficient. The company was able to fit us in pretty quickly and was good at communicating with us. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again in the future, great local company.

Did not know what to do when I found my basement flooding because of a water main leak/burst. Had a firm estimate within an hour of calling. The work was done very professionally and faster than on time. I will call them for any plumbing need I have in the future.

Had Mr rooter come out to replace the pressure reducer for our place, as it was leaking. 45 min of work, 120.00 part and $945.00 bill later…The plumber was excellent, however he is contracted by mr Rooter, your better off to call the smaller plumbing contractor directly. Skip the middle man.I will never use Mr Rooter again, and don’t recommend them, only because the pricing is out to lunch.They come to “Quote” the job but neglect to really tell you that your not obligated to go ahead with the work, even after they come in with all the tools. (I wasn’t home, my wife was)The work was good, the plumber was fast and the job was done as it should be. But you will pay through the nose. Because the plumber that came is contracting to mr rooter, so you have to pay more to cover double the expenses. ( your paying for two companies, not one)Call another plumbing company directly, they make the money they deserve and you will save money!

I blamed everybody in the house for the blocked toilet… then found out it was one of those freshener things… I put on the toilet fell in, my fault. Now I hide from reprisals

WOW! I am so impressed! Jessy and his teammate were here early - did a superb job of fixing my disconnected sewer pipe - and I was very impressed that the job was done thoroughly and within my budget - I highly recommend Mr Rooter!

Irsh was very pleasant and competent. He did a great job replacing the pump and made some changes to the venting to make things easier for us.
