I purchased an above ground Radiant Pool from the Buffalo Home Show in April 2011. I have maintained my pool on my own until 2019 when I needed a liner replaced. I called several times and when someone finally took my call- she seemed as if I was talking in another language when trying to order a replacement liner. So I finally had to contact someone else to help me. Fast forward to this year- I opened my pool and found that the coping around the top of the pool was bent/twisted and cracked. When I called the service department, they said they no longer do coping or work on lined pools. The guy I talked to even tried telling me I didn’t buy my pool from Beauty Pools!! Once I started name dropping people from the company who sold me the pool and were in my yard- he then put me on hold to contact someone else- and it’s been 3 days and no one has called me back. At this point I am going to be forced to take the pool down as I can’t find anyone who services above ground Radiant Pools. Anyone will sell you a pool but when you need service- good luck.

Our Beauty Pool just got finished and I cannot say enough positive about the entire process of our pool being installed. The whole process was made very easy due to the great communication from all parts of the company. From Bob in Sales, Matt on the Site, Jay in service and Pat in the office, they were all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

Used them for years, and they had been reliable until the last few years. Company has become miserable to deal with. I'm not sure if under new management, but they contact out the work to lazy and incompetent contractors who had 2 no shows until the third time they messed up the pool covers when closing the pool, had to call and complain to have another crew come out and fix their mistake and they threw the equipment and lawn chairs all over the lawn and left it there. Left the thermometer in the pool over winter and broke it. Over priced service and can't do the job correctly with a really bad attitude. Look anywhere else for pool openings and closings.

Beauty pool did renovations to my pool and did an excellent job. Jim and Eric are excellent craftsmen. Always left the job site neat at the end of the day!

Buyer Beware: Beauty Pools' Poor Craftsmanship and Structural NightmaresThis is a follow-up to my 2016 review, which I feel compelled to write because of the dire state of affairs surrounding Beauty Pools and their abysmal craftsmanship. What started as mere cosmetic issues, primarily consisting of plaster cracks and falling tiles, has now escalated into a full-blown structural catastrophe, compromising the integrity of our pool.Initially, it appeared that the cracking and tile problems were the result of shrinkage or minor imperfections. However, the truth is far more distressing. Beauty Pools failed to provide adequate steel reinforcement, leaving our pool vulnerable to significant structural cracking in both the outside and inside corners. The repercussions of this shoddy construction are manifold, and the consequences are manifesting in unimaginable ways.The most glaring problem is the pool's incessant water loss. At first, we were unaware of the leakage due to the presence of an autofill system that maintains the water level. However, the excessive amount of chemicals we have been forced to use on a weekly basis (3-4x the expected amount), paints a grim picture. Based on our estimations, it is evident that the pool is losing its entire volume of over 35,000 gallons every month. This is not only an environmental disaster but a financial burden that we never anticipated - likely many 10’s of thousands of dollars to repair (if not more!)Beauty Pools has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We parted ways with the company in 2016 because their service was abysmal, and they did not stand behind their product. When I spoke with Sheena (their Project Manager) today to inform her of the structural issues and ask about next steps she said my file has been red-flagged (she refused to tell me why - likely because of my previous negative review) and they would not be performing any work on our pool. READ: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! Their priority lies solely in the bottom line - hastily constructing the greatest number of pools, while exhibiting a complete disregard for the quality of their work. It is abundantly clear that they care more about profit margins than the satisfaction and safety of their customers. The person who recommended Beauty Pools to us had apparently dealt with the owner's parents, who ran a much tighter ship. Unfortunately, things have taken a nosedive over the last few decades, which leaves customers like us to bear the brunt of their incompetence.I warn potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when considering Beauty Pools. Do not be enticed by their flashy advertising or their deceptive promises of excellence. The craftsmanship is shoddy, as evidenced by the compromised structural integrity of our pool, and the aftermath is nothing short of a nightmare. The pool, meant to be a source of relaxation and joy, has turned into a constant source of stress and despair. Think twice before entrusting your hard-earned money to a company that has clearly abandoned any semblance of care and pride in their workmanship.I would give 0 stars, but Google does not give this option.Buyer beware!

Have been trying to get service scheduled since February for my employer’s indoor inground pool, that was installed and maintain by your company. My first four calls to the company, one in February(Initial Contact), two times in May(May 2 and May 22), and then once again, where I finally left a message with the Service manager on June 7, asking him for answers and to rectify all the mishandling of getting service scheduled since it had been 3 months since I initially reached out to your company. So then on June 12 I get a phone call from you guys finally, except it is the service tech trying to get in to do service unscheduled and unannounced at the end of our day. After turning service tech away because they were unscheduled and unplanned, I inform tech to make sure the service manager actually calls me to rectify situation, which to this posting he has yet to try to rectify. Today being June 16, 2023.

We found some areas in our in-ground pool that required plaster patching. From start to finish Sheena, Beauty's Project Manager was wonderful. Project planning began last year and Sheena was in constant communication with me on the status, quote, etc. The day came for the project to begin, Cliff and Darcy did a fantastic job repairing the pool. They made the suggestion to acid wash the pool. I called Sheena and she promptly provided a reasonable quote and we were able to get that done. We did have a snag in the process, one patch did not hold. We contacted Beauty told them this issue, Cliff came the next day and fixed it. The opening was planned the same week thought it would not occur due to the extra day of repair, it was a pool day miracle! Came home and pool was opened and we are ready for the season. Thank you to all who were involved in this process. Our pool looks great! I highly recommend Beauty!

We have had a great experience with beauty pools for our pool installation. Sheena helped us every step of the way! Any questions we had, she answered thoroughly, and I never waited more than a couple minutes to hear back from her. She was an exceptional help at explaining each of the stages of the pool installation, and she would notify me each and every time a crew would be coming out to let me know what to expect! We would highly recommend Beauty Pools to anyone, and can’t wait for all the great memories that will be made with our pool!

This is my family's 3rd Beauty Pool in two generations! We came up with a design and Bob & Beauty Pools brought it to life far exceeding our expectations. We also had a very tight timetable due to a vacation. And they got it done ON TIME! And even watched over it while we were on vacation. Every single crew that worked on our pool were courteous, respectful and extremely friendly & helpful anytime I had a question. Could not be happier!! Would never use anyone else!! Beauty Pools performed a major renovation to my 35 year old gunite pool; replacing the plaster, tile, plumbing and installing a heater with a salt generator. It was huge effort and John along with his team did a great job. My family is extremely happy with the results and we'll definitely continue to use them for all of our pool needs.
