We have been using Total home for years and they always impress us with their service. They supplied, installed and service our water softener, furnace and water heater. Very pleased with the services from Total home.

Total installed our viessmann boiler over 10 yrs ago. We continued to use their services for routine maintenance to our AC, garage furnace and boiler until recent. When our AC broke down end of May, we realized loyalty did not matter. After phone calls, consultations and quotes, they become unresponsive. We were forced to seek another HVAC provider and I emailed Total to share my disappointment.The response was we are so busy we can't keep up."Guess my money and satisfaction doesn't matter to them. So unprofessional

Phil was a pleasure to deal with from the time of the initial phone call/visit - all the way until the job was completely done. We had decided to replace our hard-to-service and broken oil furnace with the new propane one and he suggested Lennox make - and we are are very happy with that choice. Guys in his crew were absolute delight (especially Bryce), they were hardworking, knowledgeable and clean. Phil even dropped in the day before to remove the old oil tank, so we could prepare the site and coordinate for the new propane tanks. He also connected the oil line to the temporary tank, so we did have some heat overnight. And the next day it was all up an running in the afternoon... I would recommend Total Home Energy to anyone seeking the quality service.

Total Home Energy provided excellent service from the moment I called them in an emergency to the last email submitting a rebate for me. I had to call them when my furnace broke and my house was getting cold fast. They came first thing in the morning and tried to fix it but it needed a full replacement. They explained to me very detailed why my 15 year old furnace needed replacement and I was able to trust them 100%. They offered to bring by some electronic heaters for the night and were back at my house first thing the next day to put in a new furnace. Their service installing the new furnace was also excellent, and they have become the first people I will call for service and any other heating emergencies I might have in the future.

Tim set up an appointment time for the very next day for a furnace and a/c service. Greg came the next day on time first thing in the morning. Very professional and informative. Told me exactly what he was doing. Will definitely call these gentlemen if service is ever needed again.

If you have an oil furnace with an older tank go somewhere else. The company says any tank at or older than 20 years will not pass any inspection no matter what condition it is in, even though TSSA does not set any maximum age for indoor tanks. Its a company policy and not a provincial law but they do not tell you so.

I was very happy with the install of my Lennox air conditioner. Greg and Bryce were patient and creative in coming up with a very slick solution for rebuilding the top section of our furnace in our older home. The previous install was not done very well. My house is quiet and cool. And their pricing is amazing!

These guys have done great work for me for the last four plus years I had an Oil furnace. They also managed the home before I owned it for over many years. They were top notch even during the removal of my oil tank that is never an easy or fun job. Highly recommend.
