The lounge is a step up from the plaza premium lounges. Ample seating, open bar and a selection of hot foods that were alright. When I was there during late night dinner, they had pizza, spicy thai chicken, spring rolls, vegetables, soup and potato fries, as well as a salad bar and fruits. The hot food is most likely pre-made by one of the foodservice companies and sits in a heating tray until ready to serve.If you're in Terminal 3 domestic/international, this is the best choice and I'm rating it as such. If this were hypothetically located in a competitive airport like SIN (or next to flagship lounges), then of course it would rate poorly in comparison.It's located at the end of the international pier, up one level from departures (accessible by elevator), next to the Priority Pass lounge. Accessible from BOTH the international and domestic areas of YYZ Terminal 3 (it's one continuous area), there is no restriction on access to the lounge by domestic passengers despite the wording in the app.

Accessed via priority pass and must say the windows of the lounge having direct view of the airports hustle bustle was really impressive. Finding a seat facing the window maybe a challenge as its everyone's preference. Food is good too! Hassle free check-in, friendly staff and superclean. Recommended for sure!

Not great. A staff person serves guests from the buffet. She did not know the ingredients of the items (vegan or not?); only said they can’t deal with allergies. The salad’s iceberg lettuce appeared to have been frozen and thawed. The bar had no rosé wine and no tomato juice (only Clamato). No trays. Later, three hot items were available, nothing vegan (harvest tomato soup had milk). Lounge was quite well populated at 5 pm on a September Wednesday. WiFi is good. The TV was not turned on (could have been displaying the news with subtitles, no sound). No soap in the ladies' room dispensers. The staff are working hard; maybe there's just not enough of them.They announce Air France (and presumably KLM) departures but not other airlines’.

My guess: the purpose of this lounge is to make you really glad to leave and get to either France or Amsterdam. I can’t imagine anyone from Air France has ever visited this dire place. Frozen pepperoni pizza and chicken nuggets. The cheapest German sparkling wine available, together with caustic red wine. No plates. No napkins. No ice.The chairs are nice, as is the decor. Lots of outlets.

Very large lounge with 2 stories. Food was varied and good with several stations, so never a lineup. Interesting dark area to relax in, but it is quite small and always full. The lounge was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. Service was good. Some areas have sofas, so if you are lucky you can stretch out and grab a nap. Recommend.

Really should have more dietary restriction awareness for the staff. Asked about celiac/gluten free options and receptionist basically just shrugged and said they can't guarantee anything, so we didn't go in. Just having a salad prepared in a celiac safe manner would have been fine.
