JYSK Winnipeg - Pembina Village Shopping Centre

Walked in to JYSK since the shelving unit I wanted was sold out at IKEA. To my pleasant surprise, they had a very similar unit on display and for the same price. I pointed to it and Neha took care of the rest! I didn't have to lift a finger or run around. The unit was loaded into my car and away I went. This was so smooth and simple!

I bought a new bookcase, and am quite pleased with it. I ordered online, and dealt with the Pembina Highway store to arrange delivery. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like dealing with JYSK and the people who work there.

I love jysk fuzzy blankets! We buy our duvets and pillows from here. I also really like going there right after our just before Christmas they have awesome deals.

The staff helped us with getting a memory foam mattress. They even call a different store to hold it for us as they were out of stock for that model at the time. Very helpful and polite.

I visited store today and very satisfied with outlook of the store. Noticeably I wanted to mention a really appreciable sales skills of your employee Neha. She helped and guide properly in purchasing everything that I was looking for. I wish you should have more of these staff. I posted a 5 star rating for your store and your sales rep Neha.

On Friday, April 7th, I was at your Pembina Highway location to purchase couch and I had a wonderful experience. Ajay and other staff in attendance were great in their services.

Neha is an amazing communicator, she ensured we understood everything there was to know about our transaction. She was helpful and friendly.

Once I ordered chairs here when I came to pick them up staff gave me the wrong color of chairs, good that I decided to check it first. The second time wanted to check finance options. At this time they opened up a Flexiti card, and they agreed on an agreement, which explains the terms and conditions of my account instead of me, they didn't give it to me for reading. When I asked what have you just pressed to agree, they answered me it was your agreement, but there was nothing special. When I told them that they should inform methat the financial eligibility check will open the credit card before doing it they told me it is a standard procedure everywhere. After I was informed by email that they purchased Trans Global (well-known scammers) for me. I think JYSK should teach their staff better to be nice to clients and share all important information BEFORE the procedure. Managers are rude and not professional at all. Not recommended. Now I will try to fix the situation with insurance, hopefully without legal. Not recommended at all JYSK!!!
