We had a problem with magnets on our window inserts that had rusted and look unsightly. We called the company and talked to Meghan F. Regarding the possibility of getting 2 sets of replacement for our door and side window . We sent her picture of the magnets. She looked and saw that they no longer use these but would contact the manufacturer to see if she could obtain them. Well she was able to find a set through the other company. She contacted me to get my mail address and sent them to me free of charge. Great service. I will definitely look into buying new doors from them in the future. They went above and beyond to help me.

We purchased our terrace doors with the internal blinds several years ago. A few of the glass inserts on the doors lost their seals. MDL was extremely helpful in ordering us new inserts. We would recommend this company to anyone. Very satisfied with their customer service.

MDL Door Systems
We recently purchased a house that had several MDL garden doors. The doors are beautiful and seem well engineered. We did have some issues with a few of the doors, so I decided to call the manufacturer and see if they could give me some guidance. Not only did the owner return my call but he came to house, inspected the 11 year old doors and gave us some possible solutions to the problem. Thank you MDL for standing behind your product and providing excellent customer service!
