really sad to see this place go downhill. everyday staff is incredibly kind and you can tell they do the best they can. managers? yeah, im passing on this location after getting my head ripped off immediately by a woman i know to be one of the managers. you lost a customer because of the manager that looks like an ebay morticia aadams fyi.

Just went to Sally’s to buy hair dye. The hair dye was listed for 10.89 and when I went to the cash it was for 11 something so when I told the cashier her and her co worker said it’s whatever comes up in the system. The one girl came with me and she turned the price around for 10.89 and said we haven’t changed our prices. I said you should honour the price and she was so rude right away she was like no you can speak to our manager. Also when the girl asked me to confirm my information as I was using my Sally’s account. I told her my adress is not correct she said it doesn’t matter. Well then why would you ask me if it doesn’t matter? The staff is so lazy at this location. Rather than standing around talking why don’t you guys actually work and get work done around the store? They don’t pay you to stand around doing nothing. Horrible customer service and yes the store manager should know about how the staff is doing at their store.

Yeah, whoever manages this store needs to be fired yesterday and every lazy employee they've hired. It's not a matter of me being rude to retail workers here, I'm just saying as a client I've been able to provide better advice to other people walking in the store cause the employees either pretend not to know anything to not have to do anything or help anyone or they genuinely don't know anything about what they're selling, which is a bit worrying. Prices are wrong, things are never in stock at this locationJust go to the Bridgeport location unless you know exactly what you need and make sure to pay attention to the prices

First time there. Most of the prices were wrong. The girls just removed the 2 labels but there were so many wrong prices. Not sure if they updated them after I left or put them back on the shelves. Their explanation was the prices go up". Sorry

I had a bit of color in my hair and wanted to dye it all back to my natural hair color. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who was really friendly and quickly willing to help. She helped me find the exact color and products that I needed, answered any questions I had, and explained how to use the products as well. If it weren’t for the wonderful staff here, I definitely wouldn’t have felt as comfortable as I did to dye my own hair. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much :)

I was a little leary about going the Sally Beauty after reading the comments. I needed a 240 voltage curling iron and was told to go there. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. I was greeted in a friendly matter and was courteously helped by the girl with the red hair. (The curling iron was a litter overpriced, but it was what I needed). I would go back.

I come here often for bleach and hair dye. The ladies are always super helpful and kind, i will be continuing to come here!!

To be honest, yesterday I went to the store a little nervous because of the comments I read here, however, I was very surprised that the two ladies in the store treated me very well, they advised me since they did not have the specific product I was looking for. I will buy again in that store. Very good service!!

Amazing customer service , Kylie helped me with products and definitely left me feeling satisfied as a customer , she helped my daughter rout with any question and got help when needed , I was there a few days ago , and will definitely return we showed up right at close a few minutes too actually and both staff members took the time and don’t rush us out there was a lady yelling at them on the other side of the door , about it being only 7, but both girls where pleasant , I believe it’s the one with the rude comment below , honestly a great experience, don’t let someone who doesn’t respect retail workers times opinions turn you away , very amazing and helpful staff ! Thank you ladies I’ll be a returning customer !

Went in the other day to get stuff for my hair and my daughters the red headed girl (don’t know her name as none of them have name tags) was in the back with either another staff member or watching a video, she didn’t even realize I was in the store as I stood at the register and had to go to the back door and ask to be cashed out , I could here either a video or people talking I didn’t bother checking as I just wanted my stuff and wanted to leave , they use to have much better customers service but these new employees within the last year are lazy and careless
