Cailey and her team were amazing for our wedding day! From the first phone call, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable Cailey was about wedding planning. They made sure that everything we wanted was executed as such, even with unpredictable things like the weather. We literally had zero stress planning our day (minus Covid unknowns) and we just had to show up and have fun! Everything was perfect! Our florals were absolutely stunning and I got so many compliments on them! Everything was so organized and BVE was always quick to respond when I had questions. Given we live out of town, it was so nice to have someone we trusted for our day and Cailey was able to set up meetings and meet with us when we were able to make it to town before the wedding. We used Cailey, and Alex (florals) for our wedding in Whistler and it was everything we dreamed it to be. We did the mid tier planning packages and Cailey guided us along the whole journey. Her recommendations for vendors were wonderful and she helped us understand all the idiosyncrasies of getting married in Canada (we're from the US). Alex's floral and design was absolutely stunning, it was everything I ever wanted for our wedding.

If you are having a wedding in the Pemberton/Whistler area you HAVE to book with Blue Violet Events. Both the Planning and the Floral Design team are spectacular. They are so organized and made our special day perfect. They have everything from full planning to day-of-coordinator. We chose to go with coordinator and it was the best decision we ever did! Cailey and Hayley helped our day run so smoothly. They were amazing to work with. They helped curate a very detailed timeline to make sure our day went perfectly. Our day wouldn't have been perfect without their help! Alex from the Floral and Design team helped bring our visions to life and the decor was absolutely magical! I was absolutely blown away by the florals for the wedding. They looked absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about Blue Violet Events, they were a dream to work with!

Cailey and BVE are nothing short of amazing. My wife and I had originally booked them in 2019, and they were so flexible and understanding as we pushed our wedding back not once, but two times. Each time Cailey made it as stress-free as possible (given the circumstances!) - we've heard horror stories of friends with vendors and postponements, but Cailey was so great throughout the entire process.When Canada lifted coronavirus restrictions, there were only 5 weeks until our wedding celebration date. Cailey was honestly a miracle worker in getting everything lined up and in place in that short of a time frame - it was so great that she knows and has great relationships with practically everybody in the Whistler wedding scene, as it made everything that much easier. There was so much that she took care of for us (and probably a lot more that we still have no idea about!) On the night of our wedding celebration, we had so many compliments from people about just how organized the whole event felt and how stunning everything looked. Even last minute changes, Cailey took in stride.It was such a bittersweet goodbye when our wedding celebration was finally finished up, because we've so enjoyed working with Cailey and her team over the past three (!!) years! Throughout all of this, we never felt like a client" - we felt very much in a partnership with somebody who was excited as we were for our event

I opted for the 6 week handover package and also had BVE do our florals. The team were lovely and helpful to work with which was vital to my sanity since I was planning a wedding from Hong Kong never having actually been to our wedding venue. They provided additional support when needed and were a sounding board when I was indecisive or stuck. The day of went smooth as and Cailey was always smiles! It put me at ease. Cailey and Alex from Blue Violet did a phenomenal job at decorating and organizing our wedding. Not only they were super organized from start to finish, they were also super nice and easy to deal with. They were very responsive the entire time and very patient with any last minute changes. The ladies at BVE were a dream to work with. They made planning during Covid easier thanks to their support, guidance and kindness in the months prior to and day of the wedding. The day went off perfectly all thanks to their hard work coordinating vendors and timeline. I also hired Blue Violet Designs for my floral and decor and was completely in awe with the beauty Alex created using my inspiration photos. I could not recommend all their services enough.
