Long time supporter over the years and was thoroughly disappointed with how they handled our memberships during Covid. During the few months we could use them the club opened late several times having us miss our booking (nothing done to rectify or even address the issue). Years of loyalty rewarded by being asked to renew or I am no longer welcome. After paying for a year to not be able to use it, being asked to pay again for a membership is insulting to say the least.

Very nice tennis club with both indoor and outdoor courts.The indoor courts, 6, are hard courts with excellent lighting while the outdoor courts are red clay, new in 2015.The inside of the club is fairly basic, but does have men's and ladies change rooms with showers. There is also a very well stocked pro-shop on the premises.Lots of parking outside and easy access from Hwy 400 and Highway 7.

I have a huge group playing at Veneto Tennis club for many years. In the last 2 years, there services have been horrific. The manager rate of turn over is so high that it's frustrating to deal with 1 manager. The next manager will review the contract and ALWAYS give us some excuses that previous contract is no longer valid" and then INCREASE the rate on our group.Our group was booking 6-8 courts every week. Great indoor courts, usually not difficult to get courts when I want, except for times that fill with high performance youth training. This is a good thing for tennis & youngsters, so adults playing recreational just need to find times & programs that work for them around the busier times. There have been changes in management over the years, with varying degrees of satisfaction for club members, but currently the management is doing a good job, friendly & accommodating.

Just wanted to say. Fernando is a gentleman. Really went above and beyond with his service. I went over to get a simple string change. He called me to make sure all my specifications were met and also provided knowledge on other products aswell! Ended the call with a smile and the thought that I was really taken care of. Management is amateur. Twice last year, I showed up at 8:00am for my booked time, get there and the place isn't open. COVID came, they closed for two shutdowns, and they did not extend my membership by the months the place was closed. Instead they told me to renew my member and they will give me 14 months for the price of 12.
