Hi highly recommend this company. Mitch was extremely professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He said the tuning of my piano was as bad as it gets, but that's because in about 35 years, it's never been tuned (I know, very bad owner), but, when Mitch was finished with it he played the most beautiful song and the piano sounds absolutely new. Thanks so much Mitch!

Fantastic service! Oxford was super friendly and did an amazing job tuning, doing a pitch raise and lubricating my piano. Didn't think it could sound thing great. Will be happy to get my piano tuned more often in the future.

Mitch was very good! Resurfaced my keys and regulated the action leading to a much higher quality sound. Very friendly and willing to respond to questions and queries with detailed answers which help understand exactly which services are offered .

I would highly recommend Mitch's services. He was on time, professional, courteous and clearly knew his stuff. I inherited a Yamaha piano and it hadn't been played in quite a while. Not only did he tune it beautifully, but he was also very knowledgeable about Yamaha's pianos (and all pianos, it would seem!) and was able to answer all of my questions.

Mitch is amazing! He managed to get my old piano tuned as well as fixing the broken keys. He explained the history and even researched the serial number discovering that it was built in the late 1800's! He is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Mitch recently did excellent work to improve the voicing and overall quality of sound and action of my 35 year old Kawai. He was attentive to my specific requests, and worked carefully and meticulously to correct and refurbish the piano as was needed.
