Very please with the guys who came to install my doors. Had ordered the doors previously about a month ago, so they would be ready to roll. Called them when driveshed was ready for site measure and was told they had a crew that was available from another service call that ended earlier than expected. So I got my doors installed the same day I called to setup appt. For install!!!!! How's that for service!! Haha worked out great for me and I'm impressed with the new doors

this company is difficult to deal with. No one returns calls, we waited in the waiting room for 1/2hr with no one around. The young lady at the desk is very unaware of the product line and had to have her requote twice as I questioned why we were quoted twice for hardware.Door ordered and was told we would be informed when it is ready. No call and they keep putting us off to someone else who doesn’t return calls.Should’ve bought at Home Depot!

Customer service is abysmal! Charged 100$ for a 5 min bolt tightening job. Even the tech felt bad and charged a minimum 30 min on the bill. We called to dispute the bill and they don't pick up. We leave voicemail. They keep sending the outrageous bill ! I do not recommend this company!

I have one of their higher end doors. I have had continuous problems with the door seal since the beginning. The door weather seal sticks to the door and pulls the finish off the door and looks crappy. They sent someone out one time - their advice was to oil the face of the garage door. I don't know anyone who oils the face of their garage door. I would not do business with them again. It has been a few years now and it occurred to me I can leave a review to warn others. The door is a CHI brand.

Poor service. Phoned a couple to times to get a part under warranty. They told me they were sending it. That was a month ago. No product, no follow-up. When phoning them on 3 occasions to inquire where the part was, the answering machine says that they are open but unable to come to the phone. Left message, no return phone calls. Done with them. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Recommended by friend who had their garage door replaced and loved it! They told me how impressed they were with the care and time that was taken to install the door and ensure it was working flawlessly. So I called and OnTrack came out to do an on-site measurement. They helped with going through the various products..and picking the design of the door.I had some additional questions and they came back out and took time to discuss my needs with me onsite. The door is now installed and it is great. The door and opener works great...so quite and opens smoothly. On Track did a great job and their service people were great to work with.

Worked with these guys for 4 years and many installs. All good and no problems until they couldn’t get doors last year.I had ordered a door back mid summer last year and they said 12 week delivery. I said at that time I would have to source other options then. Now they called me 7 months later to say my door is ready for install. What’s the address to install.The problem is the garage was finished 7 months ago. The promised delivery was 12 weeks… that delivery was supposed to be 4 months ago.No one called, gave any updates, crickets…Obviously I had to source a door somewhere else when I hear nothing. I can’t wait 7 months to be paid for a job. The real problem arose when they told me now my options are to pay for the door that’s 4 months late, and take it away…Or pay for the door and they would install for me later.The customer wouldn’t wait mid summer till early spring to have a door installed.I went with Steel Craft the rest of the season and had my doors in 2 weeks and had a trained independent installer at a much better price and great service and install quality.Done with OnTrack.The proper way to handle this after dropping the ball with a well know client would be to call and apologize for months of delays, and keep your traditional clients up to date on delivery status.6 more garages with 10 doors already on the schedule this spring. None will be going through OnTrack.There’s other options than OnTrack with comparable products,, professional service and better pricing.Shop around.They won’t be on my job sites and there is not another builder, that I deal with, on the Bruce Peninsula that will use them now.- unsatisfied contractor l/customer

Un-professional, Un-Reliable, Un-Finished.We purchased 3 brand new garage doors from this company. They took much longer to come in than originaly quoted. They did a poor job on installation. Came back to repair the issues 2 times so far, and there are still issues. To this day the job is still incomplete. Very poor communication further complicates resolving any issues. Would highly avoid this company and look for your garage door needs elsewhere.-Unsatisfied Customer

I guess there is a reason for all the one star rating and bad reviews, but you want to give someone the benefit of the doubt, I don’t even know how they are still in business I’ve never been so disgusted by the way the run a business in my life, last year I tried to get a quote on a door, you think they would want to make money but I guess not, I tried to get a quote on a door and they would not get back to me it is like pulling teeth, so I couldn’t wait any longer with hearing nothing I went elsewhere, just recently I had a window broken on my garage door, so I thought I would see if they were able to fix, to give the company another try as they are local and same thing, like someone else stated just crickets I emailed maybe four times nothing back, as I had a hole in my window, if they couldn’t do it a simple no would have been suffice, especially when I emailed the company my door came from which is out west and they even referred me to message them as they were close to me, so have it another try but nope, please stay away from this company if you want professionalism and want things done, I won’t waste my time anymore.
