Terrible service food is good but it takes ages to get waited 20 mins in a drive thru of 2 other cars it’s supposed to be FAST food, I shouldn’t be waiting that long in a drive thru

Great customer service at this location. The staff are very friendly. Food was cooked fresh and quickly. The facilities are very clean including the washroom. This Harvey's shares a building with an adjacent Swiss Chalet. Unfortunately I did not get served Swiss Chalet fries with my combo.

I am now turned off of Harvey's after this experience. Order regular cheeseburger with mustard, relish, ketchup and onions. The amount of toppings that was put on was outrageous. I open the wrapping and it was disgusting all the toppings were oozing out of the burger, what a mess, I couldn't touch the burger without getting mustard on my hands. First bite was like taking a spoonful of mustard on its own. There was so much mustard it made the bun soggy. I had to wipe the burger off inside and out to attempt to eat it then it was cold! To me that was put together by someone who doesn't give a dam about their job or their brand just slopping toppings on without any regard for who is eating it or how much we pay for that item which it outrageous these days. Only positive was fries were fresh and hot. I'm done with Harvey's in general especially this location. What a waste of money!

If you plan to show up here for lunch make sure you realize that your gonna be spending your whole lunch just waiting on food, and you might not even get your order right. Opening time is 11am might as well push that to 11:45 or hop into the drive thru to be prioritized. Opening for them means were firing up the grill at 11am you can wait 30minutes. Absolute terrible management and $30 for 2 meals to wait might aswell be paying $1/minute rent to stand in their building. Thanks for wasting my time AGAIN.

I’ve never had to wait so long in a drive thru before. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or something but it’s still absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait.
