Take Care of Yourself! Dr. Janet McKenzie is a wonderful resource if you are ready to commit to improving your health. Her common sense approach to naturopathic medicine is very refreshing, practical and attainable. I left with a plan 3 years ago and I am sticking to it. Using diet and complementary health routines is a great way to support what your GP advises. Don't be intimidated by looking into naturopathic medicine because it is becoming very mainstream and easy for people to understand and use!
