Bought a fireplace from them. Called for service , $185.00 just to get them to come out. Tech did nothing I was told he would do. 3 weeks I have been waiting for a quote on the part I need . I called them with no reply back. Horrible

Review? Horrible. Rate? Should be negative stars. I only clicked 1 star because I had to.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Their communication is non existent. They don't return phone calls or emails.They measured incorrectly for my fireplace screen.The product they measured for was 3 weeks late (I think they forgot to order it)They installed the ill fitting product and then sent me a quote to order the correct fitting product.Stay away!!!!

The crew at Shores Fireplace installed a direct-vent fireplace in my living room. It is beautiful! They did a great job. Polite and courteous.

Was excited they had a fireplace burner in stock and he had it at their store in less than a week!Both workers were great!

We bought a gas fireplace from them a few years ago. It looks great, and runs great, except when it doesn't. The pilot constantly goes out and we need to call them each year to get it relit. Just called them during business hours and the call goes straight to voice mail, which their inbox is full, so no way to get a hold of them. EDIT: Gentleman at Shores helped show me how to light the pilot. While it didn't work, he was extremely helpful!

Just bought set of gas logs from and had them installed by shores bbq, Josh was my salesperson. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me helping to pick out my perfect set of logs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gas fireplace/install! Thanks for all the help and answering the numerous questions I had!!

Purchased my Weber Genesis II E-315 from these guys. Duane was very insightful in helping me decide which model was right for me, and the guys in the garage took the time to assemble it same day for me to pick up. Completly satisfied with their service, would recommend to anyone in the market for a grill. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff on all ends.

Been coming here for years for BBQ's. We are on our third one. Excellent service, price, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Not only do they do BBQ'S they also do gas fireplaces. A hugh assortment on both and accessories to boot. Would highly recommend coming here over the big box stores as they were cheaper then them tooThey accept cash, credit card, debit cards, they have setup and delivery options but not installation services. Ample parking and handicap parking

We had a gas insert installed a few years ago. Unit stopped working. Company sent the subcontractor they use AJ Bert out. Turned out to be dead batteries that were inside unit that we were not aware of. Changed batteries that we provided. Were here a whole 5 minutes and charged us 145 dollars. Yes, we were told that was the service fee to come out, but seriously? What has happened to giving customers an understandable break and customer service with honor, especially since they installed the unit at a cost close to five thousand. Shores Fireplace did agree to reimburse us 50 dollars, probably their cut for screwing us. Have plans to install another unit in future and will definitely not be using them. Update. As of March 8, have not seen 50 dollars they promised to reimburse. Stay clear of this place!
