I have a problem with my driver's door not locking. They took a look at it and could not identify the problem. They still charged $15 for it and told us that it would take $250 for a detailed diagnosis. I will not go there again. The Toyota dealer is asking for a $60 for a diagnosis; the cost of a meaningful diagnosis is more expensive than the Toyota dealer. Incompetent rip-offs.

High labour fee prices with mediocre service. Rip off prices on parts and labour. My aunt got ripped by them, they charged her $1000 for something that would've cost less than $600 to fix at any other shops.Do not go to this place, there are a lot more shops that do a better job at a lower cost!
