Just avoid this couple agent working togeather for this company. Specially the husband Mr. Zarbakhsh, he is very unprofessional. He lies about everything and not a trustable guy. They are calm, charming and nice at the beginning to get the deal but after that not responsible people.

THEY LIE ABOUT THE SOLD PRICES OF HOMES. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP LIKE WE DID. CHECK FOR YOURSELF PEOPLE. THE ADS ON HOUSES LIKE FAIRLEA, SHASTA,RENAISSANCE, THORNRIDGE, ROCKWOOD. ALL HOMES SOLD UNDER ASKING IN A HOT MARKET. Roland sold them for WAY under value and now lies about it. Not sure about the other agents but if Roland is one of their good ones....stay away. Plenty of other options. Don't risk it. Leave it up to Roland to mess up in a hot market.

working with roland and his mother was a nightmare which cost my family over 1million,they lied to us and he ended up selling my house for way less than asking price ,i dont recommend him to anyone
