I use them all the time for Amazon returns. Always very helpful and quick. The place could use a can of paint and a new office chair but the staff is always friendly.

This location is not a good location, They steal my package, Package was delivered there to pick up, when I pick up my package my package was cut and tape back. I contact FedEx who did a search and FedEx said their search never show up a damage parcel.

Ordered an item on April 14, arrived at Penguin Pickup on April 18th, went into tracking and no updates saying ready for pick. Had to call Penguin Pickup to see if order was there and was told no, that I will get an email when it arrive there, No email. Had to go to the store on April 23rd and they could not find it. After 45min they found my order, never again. They need more training in customer service. Management need to do better.

Staff does not seem to care. There were 3 of them looking lazy on an empty shop. Google maps also keeps showing up the wrong direction towards a furniture warehouse. Not a pleasant experience if you are on foot.

My laptop was left at this location for me to pick up a day after and I never got my laptop....obviously someone at this location decided to steal it.....I get nervous anytime My parcel is sent to this location......I don't recommend them at all because of my experience.

This location lost my brand new laptop that was deposited there by Canada Post for me to pickup. Even though they claim to have a security camera surveillance system my package is completely lost since this summer and worse of all nobody cares about my complains. Absolutely untrustworthy business.

Very hard to find. There should be signs to direct people to the right place, we drove around in circles a few times before finding the right place to go, the exact address didn't help as it is a plaza with multiple stores. Have to look for an old Staples store without the name on the front, right behind the Canadian Tire.
