Just bought my Opus Card for 15$ (cash). It took less than 5 mins.The staff was friendly and helpful.They smile when you meet them.The only thing I want you guys to know is trying to not come here at the end of October cuz there will a lot of people and the waiting line It’s very long.

Zero to NO complaints. As long you schedule an appropriate time and date for your opus picture as well as come 15 to 30 minutes before the appointment. There's no need to worry. And don't forget your QR code or your passcode

Think of a crowded place.!!You have to wait on foot in a line for the eternity and there is no place to wait seated...There is some smart people that try to stick row, crazy stuff. Well, you have to bring your money in cash, it’s probably 15 dollars. If you don’t have this money in cash you have to get out of the line and withdraw the money and get into the bottom of he line again. There is a few workers and that’s why the line walks in turtle steps. Come prepared to spend a lot of time on foot and in a crowded place!

Even though was a line of almost 700 people in front of me, I got served after 57 minutes. Waw. Service was great. Employees are nice and professionals. It's really impressive and goes beyond clients expectations. I was really not expecting to finish that fast. Place is clean and very organised. They have some employees just to guide clients during rush hours. Congratulations guys

The place opened up at 11:30 and by 11:45 I was with my OPUS card. Think of efficiency as I had booked a 12:15 slot.Queue was minimal and processing was pretty fast with 5 counters open & 2 people extra to screen the documents.I had booked an appointment for 12:15 PM but the staff let me in along with all others having a booking at 11:30 itself and tended to us first.No sooner than the booked appointment requests were processed, the rest of the people without an appointment were processed as well.

I was there because I needed to have my OPUS for students and I was afraid to go at the beginning because of Covid. However, I realized that they're pretty good organized and my errand was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful, they speak English or French.If you're doing the same, don't forget to grab some cash to pay the fees, also they're going to give the opportunity to take a new photo if you want, if not, you could keep the old one of it's not your first time there. You tell me to be there at 8:45 sharp, but you don’t open shop till 9:00?!? That is really disrespectful of your customers time -> you created an inherent 15 min wait time for all customers, while you could have simply taken reservations from 9:00! Come on!

Long long queue here but they are serving fast so far as possible. It didn`t took that long to get the card. Staffs are helpful.
