Monarch Chem-Dry

We are a 6 story multi family apartment complex. Our hallways are carpeted wall to wall and are 13 years old. Over the years we have had them professionally cleaned by several different companies, but the results were always disappointing. We could never see any expected improvement.Just recently we called on Monarch Chem-Dry. So pleased we did!When I called for service I shared my concerns with staff who assured me I would definitely be seeing a difference when the job was complete.The technicians arrived on time, and worked very hard all day. When the job was done, the colour of the old carpeting looked noticeably brighter and stains that were not removed by previous carpet cleaners were completely gone in many places. Other older stains were at least 50% faded.Needless to say, we highly recommend this company. We will definitely be doing business in the future. Thank you Monarch Chem-Dry!

I had an amazing experience with Monarch Chem-Dry.I purchased some really expensive area rugs and unfortunately my dogs had a number of accidents on them. I wasn't sure if the carpets would ever look the same. However, Chem-dry did such a great job that they look new again.In addition, Lolita in customer service was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Lolita!!But I need to mention Amand, the tech who actually come out to assess the carpets. He was fantastic. So knowledgeable and also so eager to do his absolute best. We have a lot of very heavy furniture and he never hesitated to ensure that everything was put back in the manner that he found them. The staff is very professional and experienced. They were very friendly and did more than asked for. They left my old carpet looking brand new. I highly recommend Monarch Chem Dry. I was in the process of listing my home when I discovered a large, prominent stain on the carpet which would deter prospective buyers. I called in a carpet cleaner that was not able to remove the stain, I then contacted several other companies and showed them pictures and they told me they were not able to remove the stain, when I contacted Anand he was very confident that he could remove the stain and was willing to come and do a test patch and not charge me if it did not come out. The stain was completely removed and I was very happy that I could proceed with listing my home without any concerns. Anand went beyond the call of duty and also applied a stain removal treatment on my roller blinds that reduced the appearance of water damage stains without any extra charge. He also followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the results. I realized that after this experience, it is worth it to pay a little bit more and go with a professional, knowledgable carpet cleaning service such as this company.

Great experience with this company. I have used them twice. The CSR Lolita is so helpful. The two technicians who arrived on time were very personable. They were hardworking. They started the job immediately. They left no mess. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the upholstery as well as the area rugs. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Customer Service, the staff was friendly, respectful of my home, they wore their face mask, gloves and shoe covering.They were on time for the appointment. They took their time to clean the carpet, area rug and my upholstery. They cleaned up after they completed the job plus the price was right. I am totally satisfied with the service.I would highly recommend Monarch Chem-Dry.

EDIT: Just in time for Christmas my rug is home. The black staining is gone and the rug is soft and clean. The people who delivered we kind and understanding of our situation. We appreciate them working to rectify the situation.If I could give a lower rating I would. We've sent our rug back over and over and each time it comes back in terrible condition. The first time it was hard to the touch, felt like toothbrush bristles. It's completely stained and ruined with lines of discoloration all over the rug. They're completely evasive over the phone even hanging up on and and keep telling us there's nothing wrong with the rug. They have taken it back again and we will see if they can rectify the situation.

My family and I have used Monarch ChemDry services many times and each time we were happy with their service, attentiveness, workmanship, and customer satisfaction. They take their time to listen to our requests and ensure all jobs are completed efficiently. We have had many emergency requests due to accidents by our pets and each time we called they provided an expert tech to get the job done. One of the best at carpet cleaning, they certainly are reliable and trustworthy. They have taken my area rugs and conducted a detailed cleaning then promptly delivered it to my home. Each time a job is completed I received a follow up call to ensure my satisfaction. Highly Recommended!

I used their tile cleaning services! They were very professional and did a very good job. The price is very fair and more importantly they are very honest! I accidentally paid them a bit more in cash and they returned it without any hesitation! Definitely recommend and will definitely consider them again.

When I called Monarch, the lady was very polite on the phone. I had to change my carpet cleaning appointment a few times and they were kind enough to accommodate my request even at the last minute! There were a team of 3 technicians came to clean our carpets.The Team Lead, Anand Persaud was very professional. He and his team members went above and beyond to help us move the furniture so that they could cleaned the areas throughly. At the end they vacuumed the entire floor including the baseboards etc.We used other companies for carpet cleaning before but Monarch Chem-Dry is the best!
