The worst customer service I have ever had at a post office! The staff act like they are above you. This has happend to me on different occations. I have heard other people say the same thing. Hey if you hate your job or are tired of hearing the same questions maybe it's time to find yourself something that makes you happy!!!

I had sent a birthday card to a relative in Chase BC with the correct name, home address, & the PO Box # I had on file. The card was returned with a sticker « moved/ unknown. The person had not moved, the box # used was for his long time partner, & both box #’s, his & hers, have been in use for 18 years or more. Chase is a relatively small community, & I am pretty sure the street address & client name would have been familiar to the personnel at the Postal Outlet. Also, it took from March 15 to May 17 for the card to arrive back in my mailbox. I am disappointed and surprised with the service of this Postal Outlet. Hopefully this email will result in some reflection, & improved service to clients.

Only allowing 1 customer in the store at a time, which isn't even enforced equally, is not only completely asinine, it is entirely unscientific. Especially considering you have 2 employees working at the counter and not social distancing. *Slow clap*

Can you do us a favor and not update the tracking to say that a notice card has been left when you haven't actually left the notice cards yet? This has happened to me multiple times, and there's really no excuse for it.

The employees at Chase PO are so lovely and hard working. They always go above and beyond for me, probably because I’m kind to them. I’ve read their bad reviews and can only say that you get what you give. These ladies have to contend with some very belligerent customers, and others just crabby, day in and day out. Never ending lines at Christmas time and people being impatient when they have nowhere else to be.We in our household appreciate them.

Honestly the staff and quality of customer service is has really gone down over the years. Out of all the employees that work there only two I find are actually helpful and nice to the customers. The older lady with white hair in particular can be incredibly rude and unhelpful. For example I'll go and buy a label and shipping online and then it says to bring the confirmation email into a post office and they will print it for free. However whenever I go into there she's always rude and says that they can't do it and that I should just go buy myself a printer. Kind of redundant for Canada Post to offer this service if their employees won't even fulfill it on their end. Honestly if I didn't have to go there to get my mail I'd never step into this Canada Post ever again.
