Tucked away on St. Jacques West between used car dealers, car washes, and other commercial buildings is a treasure of a car repair station called Somerled Service station. Although it is small it is a gem. The mechanics are competent and offer both professional, efficient and rapid car repairs. The manager, Jamie, is super knowledgeable, honest, polite and makes you feel comfortable and reassured that your car needs will be professionally and quickly attended to. The prices for your repairs are very reasonable and they are guaranteed to satisfy you. I was made to feel a valuable customer and to trust Jamie and his team. This is a fabulous garage and you will not be disappointed. Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

James the owner and the staff were incredibly accommodating especially when I am from out of town and my car battery died several times. I found him because of the great reviews and their honesty and excellent service. Then I came and God is so good. They were an answer to prayers especially my husband and I prayed the night before because I am here without knowledge of my car and he’s not here to help. So James was so caring and he understood and helped me and went out of his way to explain to me exactly what happened and even went above and beyond to service my car and me. I was so scared after my car died twice in one day but he assured me and fixed everything so I left with my car at peace and comfortable to go onto my other destinations and back to USA. I have been going to this garage for more than 20 years and I have always been satisfied with the service. Over the years I have gone through many vehicles and have always received good reliable advice, usually based on the many vehicles they service. They are a family run operation and in fact, dropping in is like visiting family and the trustworthiness comes from the relationship that we have built up over the years. It is difficult to find a dependable, honest garage, and for that reason it is an easy choice to always depend on them to look after my van as if it was their own.

Anxiety free car repairs. My 2012 outback (189k) runs like new after a tune up. They tell the truth about a diagnosis with several options to best accommodate me. They understand their business and manage time perfectly. Very happy to have found them!

My Dad started to go to Johnny's" when Somerled was actually on Somerled near Kensington. I've taken all my cars to "Somerled" (now St-Jacques near Cavendish) ever since. I've always been satisfied. Everyone is friendly

Thanks to James and his professionalism I felt at ease leaving my car with him to get it fixed. He took the time to listen ,and inform me of all the details involving the issues with my car.
