Waited 2 hours and 27 minutes for our order to be delivered and it arrived like this. We have ordered delivery at least 3 times and every time it has taken over 2 hours to get our order. We have also tried the option of picking up as their excuse is always it’s the delivery driver and have still had to wait inside the store for 30+ minutes. The KFC website and app estimate delivery at 60 minutes. It should be updated as they have never in my experience made this time, not even remotely.

It's alright, the wait times are abysmal, though, and the thought of having to wait as long as one would there when I'm in a hurry to find a place to grab a quick bite usually just deters me to other fast food places in town. The food's fine, it's just too long of a wait for fast food and it isn't someplace you'd want to sit down and eat with the whole family at.

Very good customer service. They forgot to add something but when we went back they were supernice and the guy came from the kitchen and apologized.Mistakes happen, but what matters is what you do next.

I am not sure when it happened, but at some point the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Thompson, Manitoba became crisp, well-cooked and of high quality. Whoever is responsible thank you, I was tired of the soggy, undercooked chicken of many year ago. Unfortunately, now I have to suppress my cravings to go back.

Only thing they got right was the chicken was hot. Coleslaw was cold. What didn't they get right. Twister some how became a zinger. Coleslaw with nothing to eat it with. No problem not to have fries. They seemed confused and not following food standard guidelines. Didn't expect that. Oh. Had to edit. Order Brisk get Pespi. Figured that was correct, but sadly no.

There was a large Colonel Sanders shaped fried chicken leg that tasted like Colonel Sanders.

My order was over $30 for me! & of course i didn't check my bag so i didn't receive the dipping sauce i paid for, how does a combo for one individual cost over $30?
