In this crazy world, I found that their staff, and especially Mason and Rishit, were professional, and always offered good customer service returning, calls, emails, in spite of some roadblocks from suppliers. In the end I was extremely satsified, and would recommend them to others.

Ive been coming to this branch for about 3 years now because I know I'm always in good hands at City Electric. Friendly knowledgeable staff are there to grab you any materials you may need and offer great advice. You can get electrical materials from many places but the outstanding customer service provided by the branch manager Kaushik and the rest of the team is what keeps me coming back!

Great customer service and prompt delivery. Staff is really nice and very helpful. Their Manager Kaushik Tilak is a very kind and helpful person . Kaushik helped me in finding different light fixtures and lamps at a rate which no other supplier in Vancouver can beat. Their free delivery is the other advantage you go with City Electric Vancouver.

I’m a DIYer and not a major contractor but despite that fact the owner “Kash” was good enough to help me out himself on a couple of occasions now which I think really says a lot about this place. And I have found products here that I haven’t seen at other local electric supply stores and with very competitive pricing (and I do shop around so I know). Anyway I wanted to give this place a thumbs up - and especially for the other DIYer’s out there. And thanks to Kash and the guys here as well.

Kaush and team are fantastic! The store is conveniently located in Vancouver and is one of our primary go to electrical wholesalers for servicing our customers. Well stocked and they typically have those hard to get breakers, if they do not have them, they will have them brought in within a day or two.
