The staff is very helpful and professional. It was nice to have an option to drop the keys after hours and leave my car there while renting the truck!

Our experience here was fantastic, with no issues at all. We were treated like family, and were even able to drop off the vehicle after hours at no extra charge. We will definitely be using their services again, and recommend others give them a try.

These guys give the best deals in town for great reliable vehicles. If you need anything ask for Zach, Sid, or John as they're all extremely knowledgeable and will do the best they can to get you a rental vehicle for a great price. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The employees don't do the walk around before they hand over the vehicle keys and will blaim you for pre-existing damages. They are always in a rush and will lie to your face regarding everything. Tbh they dont even deserve 0 star. And the so called manager Anubhav is of no help. Ofcourse, he is gonna protect his employees. They dont deserve to be in customer service business.

We needed a truck with a canopy for work and Enterprise was far and away the best deal we could find. Great customer service and they were very fair about mileage. Will return!!

Incredible customer service. I've rented from them a couple of times now and the vehicles and service are the best I've had in Vancouver.

Excellent experience, our moving went very smooth and Jaspreet, Jess and Ash were so helpful and explain everything in details before hand over key.

The staff is good, they had no problem letting us extend the rental. The truck did the job. They are extremely expensive. Definitely the most expensive on the market.
