We met Teri almost a year ago at the Kakabeka market while she was doing Pony rides, of course my middle daughter was beaming with excitement when we agreed to let her ride the pony, she also got to go for a ride on one of the horses Teri had there. I grew up with horses and my daughter always had my love for horses so when I spoke with Teri at the market and found out she provided riding lessons at her farm I was very eager to get my daughter out there.Teri was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had prior to commuting to anything. She made sure we had all the proper items we needed to ensure safety for my daughter ( the right boots & helmet )Teri is a wonderful teacher and mentor as well as a great role model for young riders. She’s kind and gentle but firm with her rules and safety protocols, her top priority is the safety of her riders and the horses. My daughter was not just placed on a horse and lead around a pen. The knowledge that my eight-year-old has on horses barn safety and etiquette is really incredible. This truly is the place where you get it all, the whole experience.I would highly recommend Teri to anybody who is looking to get into riding or to spend some serious magical time with horses.
