Just walking in the door at Santosha is relaxing. I had the best treatment and felt so cared for. And I went home with free samples to try out! I highly recommend making time to stop in, even if you’re not getting a treatment, they have so many local, clean skincare products. I’m definitely going back!

I am fortunate to have met Jennifer at Santosha Wellness & Beauty in Port Alberni by chance during my stay at Sproat Lake this summer. She is a truly gifted, intuitive healer who treated me to a unique blend of massage, reiki and aromatherapy that left me feeling like a new person. I highly recommend her services and I'm sorry that I may have to wait an entire year to see her again.

The facials are amazing!! The products are ones that are sustainable and good for me! The energy and warm from the women is so special! The only place I go for all my beauty needs.

I really enjoy my time here! Jennifer is so kind and warm, her mere presence relaxes me. It's so nice to recline in her beautiful treatment room and be pampered for an hour. For this visit I had an hour long facial, but last time I had a facial and a massage.With the facial, my skin feels amazing! My husband says I'm glowing, and even I, with my critical eye, can see a positive change. She uses advanced products that smell divine!As to the massage, she listens to your needs and adjusts her pressure perfectly. It was amazing! I struggle to find people who can press hard enough for long enough, but she did spectacularly. I left feeling much better.I can hardly wait for my next appointment!

Absolutely amazing! Extremely kind staff, beautiful space, wonderful service and very fair priced! Plus she used product local to BC and Vancouver Island. Definitely my go to place for pedicure and body work!

This is a lovely shop with an excellent selection of beauty products with good price points. I have ditched mainstream shopping as I can get locally made, high quality make up etc. for nearly the same price and it’s so much better!!

I had a really nice facial with Jennifer and she provided me with some samples that she thought I would like and would work with my skin type. It's safe to say I loved them all. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and happy to help. The products she carries are great quality and the ones I've tried are made on the island. So happy to have discovered this lovely establishment.
