I started going to Raining Relief based on a recommendation. Not only do I find the customer service excellent, but so is skill level of my massage therapist. Professional, empathetic, helpful and insightful.

Nicole is always accommodating and a deep tissue abuser. She always helps me through a rough back pain episode.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good relaxing environment as well. Would be 5 star but I have a hard time getting inside with my walker.

The very first time I had a massage, the therapist asked if I was in a car accident as my back was that bad. I've been coming to Raining Relief for a few years now as the therapist I see does fantastic work on my train wreck of a back. The staff is amazing and it feels like I'm chatting with an old friend when I'm at my appointment. 100% recommend, best place in town!

The service is excellent & staff is friendly & helpful. The only thing is because the location I went to was in a gym, it's not as quiet as a clinic setting. Otherwise top notch!

I’ve tried Pole and Aerial classes some time last year and came to realization that it was not really my thing (I’m more into weightlifting). But this is a time when no matter how I feel about the classes I really wish this studio many amazing clients for years to come! This is such unique services that this studio provides in our city! (Something you would expect to have only in the big cities). Today I happened to run into some issue with my daughter’s class. They admitted their error and rectified the issue immediately by offering two free classes. And you know what? I fell in love with this studio even more! I've been seeing Carmen for about 6 months now and I have never felt better. She's incredibly kind, thorough and she listens to your needs. I would highly recommend her if you're in need of a good RMT!

Just recently had a massage with Hailey, and for months now I have been looking for a massage therapist to do an amazing deep tissue massage! She did a wonderful job I have went through a few other therapists in the last few months and she is by far the one to give me the best massage yet! 10/10 recommend booking with her!
