I went in today to buy some parts and possibly some more gear. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes or more while the guys in parts ignored me. I couldn't find anyone on the floor except one guy in service who was helping the only other customer in the entire store. I wandered around for a few more minutes then just left. I figure if they don't want to assist you with buying another shop will. I won't be back.

Everyone at this place is great to deal with, I've been dealing there (for parts) for about 5 years. I've never had a bad experience! They will all go above and beyond to help how ever they can. They price all their parts to proper MSRP unlike Nova international (they add 10% to MSRP UNLESS YOU ASK FOR THE KUBOTA PRICE) but to me that's bad business.I can't say anything about their service department as I've never had work done here.The sales department has always helped me out, never bought a new machine, but I've bought new wheels and tires, mower decks , and excavator buckets .I would recommend them to any one and they are open 7 days a week to help their customers!

I bought a 48 inch Kubota Zero Track Kommander mower just a couple years ago. It has 120 hours on it and is not running properly. Completely unusable at the moment. I call Kubota, not 20 minutes away, and they have no way to bring it in for service. I have to deliver it and pick it up myself. It doesn't fit in my car. That's not the customer service I expect when I buy a new Kubota and seek service from the place I bought it new.

Service for my Toro snow blower was rendered quickly and effectively. My machine required a small adjustment a few days after I got it back. They squeezed me in on short notice and no charge. Thanks guys. Great experience.Parts here are a little more expensive than big box but they handle and stock genuine name brand replacements. Generally you get what you pay for.

Had maintenance done on my gas trimmer and got home it didn't work. Took it back and they fixed it right away. Was a minor issue but still the attention to customer service was very apparent. Now if all businesses had this level of customer service, it would leave a customer feeling satisfied each and every time.
