The dental care I got there were excellent! The staffs are so nice and polite. Dr. Husain and Hygienist Camille are very professional and patient. I used to be pretty reluctant to clean my teeth as I was scare of the operation which made me very uncomfortable. But now I started to like it. They also customize the service to meet each patient's need the most. I would be happy to refer them to my friends.

I recently became a new patient at Waterloo Smiles. Everyone is so kind and professional. My appointments were very relaxing with the complementary aromatherapy and warm neck pillow. Esha did an excellent job on my cleaning, she is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Dr.Jalayer did a very through exam of my mouth and gave me different treatment plan options for my concerns. Overall I am extremely happy with my appointments and look forward to coming back!

My first experience at this clinic turned out to be exceptional. I needed a root canal treatment and a crown (which was quite frightening for me to be honest). Dr. Javad was so friendly and competent, and did the treatment in a professional manner.

I've been going to Waterloo Smiles for many years, and highly recommend Dr. Husain and the entire team. On my last visit, I was stuck in traffic coming from Toronto, and Camille stayed a half an hour longer out of her own time so that I could make my appointment. Really Camille, I can't thank you enough! Also a big thanks to Nicky and Olivia at the desk. The entire experience shows just how much the team goes above and beyond for their customers.

I highly recommend Waterloo Smiles for your dental care needs. It's a new, clean and well appointed practice with friendly staff who are always trying to make you comfortable (entertainment, essential oils, hot neck towels, asking for feedback). The office is well equipped with high tech diagnostic equipment and they keep through records of many dental metrics to monitor trends over time. Tori is my hygienist and she is friendly, thorough and makes the experience enjoyable. Dr Husain is kind, attentive and well connected for referrals re orthodontics etc. The admin staff take great care of the scheduling, communications and benefits needs. My kids enjoy it there too (and enjoy the prizes" offered after they visit!)"

Extremely friendly staff, I had gone there with a severe tooth ache. The staff booked me in out of turn (I added one star for that). The dentist not only examined me but took time to explain the problem with my receding gums which was causing the pain. Will be going back for sure...and highly recommend them.

I have really appreciated the consistent positive interactions I've experienced there. Dr. Husain is my favourite dentist, and Esha is my favourite dental hygienist. I am so happy I found them!

One of the best dentists who treated me Dr. Javad very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable on his treatments , he will tell you options regarding your treatment and he will tell you the best . I didn’t even feel the freezing when he gave it to me , Thank you Dr. Javad i will definitely want to be treated by you when I will need a dental treatment again.

Dr Javad is my(and my kids') dentist for almost 5 years now and I will follow him even now that he is in Waterloo! its difficult to find such knowledgeable dentist like him, :)

DR. Javad is really a very good dentist that I have ever met.He listens to your problem patiently and then gives you the best option.He is very detailed and a perfectionist in his work.I have been his patient for 4 yrs, I wish he had his office in Brampton as well.Overall best experience being his patient.
