I love my new shoes ! I got referred here by my foot clinic Elios in thorold . I was pleased to find lots of choices for my very wide feet . Thanks to Riley who was so helpful and patient with me while I try a bunch of pairs . Even recommended a shoe lace that I don't have to tie and I love them ! This is hands down a five star place to get running shoes .

Benny is the man, he knows his stuff!! you can tell he truly cares about his business and providing the customers with what they need! Just went in for the first time and I gotta say it was my fastest shoe shopping experience ever! First pair he brought out was the right fit for me, amazing service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I will suggest this place to all friends and family for their proper shoe shopping needs!

Came here the other day for my first time and I was shocked how great the customer service was! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. It was my first time in a store like this so I didn’t know what kind of shoe i was looking for exactly and the guy that works there helped me out so much finding a pair. I will be back forsure, I highly recommend this place they are extremely knowledgeable and kind!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, PATIENT and competitively priced.Unlike a big box store, you aren’t just a number here- you’re a person who has feet that are likely different than the next person. They will take time to figure out what works best for you and that’s worth more than a fractional savings at a box store or buying online.If you’re looking for good quality runners and need some advise, this is the ONLY place to go. Fantastic experience! Riley was so helpful (well, the whole staff was!) and both me and my boyfriend purchased a pair of shoes. Riley explained the science to us about how he was selecting the type of shoes for our feet and took his time with us to make sure they were a perfect fit. 10/10 we will come back to buy shoes for sure! :)

This was by far the best shopping experience that I have had in years! Benny (owner) took the time to listen while I explained what the Chiropodist said was wrong with my feet. Within in minutes Benny had me fitted into the perfect pair of shoes for my specific needs. He also shared tips for stretches/exercises that I could do from home to help my feet heal quicker and aid in preventing further injury. Benny is extremely knowledgeable and speaks from personal experience. This is a 'Mom & Pop' shop that clearly takes pride in what they do. I left with two pairs of shoes and new socks for what I would have paid for just one pair of shoes through the Chiropodist. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Wookie (dog) was an added bonus :)
