5 star customer service! My daughter had a dental emergency and we needed to get in to see a dentist, while on holidays visiting from out of town. They helped us out and got us in the same day. The staff here were exceptional! From the moment we walked in the door the team greeted my girls and walked them through what was going to happen, who they will be going to see and what the staff will be doing. Susie, our dental assistant was kind, compassionate and gentle with our daughter through the whole process. When Dr Daniel Ng came in, he reassured her, wipes tears from her eyes and at the end when we were done he gave her a big high five!I can’t express my gratitude as they helped relieve my daughter of a lot of pain, all while making the experience as pain free as possible.Thank you for being so amazing! If I lived here, this would be my first choice for my home dentist.

Dr. Ng is an excellent dentist with a lovely personality. He was able to fix my tooth recession when every other dentist said it was impossible. My daughter also loves him and she is 5 years old.

Never do they return calls...left several messages and no one has called back.

Honestly, don’t go anywhere else. Change dentist now. You will not find a better dentist anywhere.

Dr. NG is very courteous and efficient. He will hum a soft tune as he administers the needle" with apologies for any discomfort. I required emergency dental work while traveling in the area . Dr. NG and his staff are delightful."

My visits (and my wife's) to Dr. Ng's office have been as pleasant as possible for someone who hates" dentists. I was a poor farm boy who was tortured by the local doctor & am to this day scared of needles. His staff is very cordial & friendly to his patients."

Great dentist and staff. They go above and beyond, especially for emergencies. Can't say enough about Dr Ng, he's one of a kind!

Fantastic Place!After searching frantically for a dentist that would take a emergency appointment and experiencing countless no's(with a brutal toothache), I called Dr Ng Daniels office and was met with the nicest receptionist who told me to come to the office and they would figure out a way to help.Upon arrival I quickly filled out a form and was immediately in the chair getting worked on, while many staff including the original receptionist kept checking up on me, asking how I was doing.Dr Ng Daniel was fast, efficient and friendly, making me feel comfortable in a new environment. He had me in and out of the office very quick with no pain and a big smile on my face as I left. I will be back and recommending.A big thanks guys (especially the receptionist)!!! You made my day :)

Firstly, I wanna thanks to Dr. NG Daniel who took the time and pick up my call in emergency during new year eve and gave me appointment for first day they open after new year. Secondly, I wanna thanks to Dr. Grewal who treated my tooth fantastically when I went there and next day gave me a call to ask that everything is fine. All staff members were good thanks to all of them. keep up the good work guys and Thank you all once again.

I came here for my quarterly cleaning because usual dentist was unavailable. I thought I would consider changing to here as Dr. Ng is very close and was very accommodating.His front end staff was very nice, professional, and courteous. He also is very personable and funny guy. Great to have as dentist.Unfortunately I would have to say that my cleaning was definitely not to my previous expectations of what they should be.Assistant came in didn't say alot ot anything to me, didn't offer me any glasses during my cleaning. Was very rough and just my like a robot doing my cleaning.To top it off I have to say that I was appalled by the overall general hygienic state of the equipment. Rust, heavy flaking rust, and calcium stains.I was asked by friends to complain to the dental association of bc and file a complaint but I chose not to. Dr. Ng is awesome as his front end staff, and for that I would recommend him, but the hygiene of the equipment I find to be over the top for what should be very sterile environment.Thank you Dr. Ng for the great service.
