We are so grateful to have had Emily Ireland as our planner. She is honest, empathetic, generous with her time, and will have your back. She has a wealth of knowledge and offers creative solutions to the multitude of issues that arise. She was reasonably-priced and we never felt pressured by her to spend over our budget. We hired Emily for a full planning package. She was very helpful on the lead-up and critical on the day-of. We would recommend Emily to our friends.

Emily was an absolute DREAM to work with as a month of/day of coordinator. She is so friendly, organized, punctual, and just knows her stuff through and through when it comes to weddings. As soon as we had our meeting 1 month out from the wedding and she took over vendor communication it was like I could take a deep breath again knowing she had it under control.The money spent to hire her was THE BEST investment I made in the entire wedding, and truly allowed me to just enjoy the day completely. She helped to problem solve, took initiative when needed, and just overall helped to make my wedding night everything I dreamed of and more! She even swooped in with a tide to go stick when I spilled a few drops of red wine. Emily was the best and I cannot recommend her services enough!!!

With my daughter's wedding date in July 2020 Emily was a great sounding board/resource in helping frame the right questions on whether to decide to keep date or keep wedding. Once it was decided to keep wedding and post pone, I hired Timeless Affairs as a gift for my daughter to take off the stress of having to wait an additional year with an unknown future. After chatting with Emily for over an hour my daughter was thrilled that she had Emily in her pocket who could keep track of every detail and present options (with a discount) so that we didn't have to race around to find vendors. Emily is very responsive - usually immediately but definitely within an hour or two. Emily is detail oriented, has a beautiful eye, kept us on track for the year in sourcing/hiring vendors and envisioning the dream wedding. The week before the wedding when people were asking about our stress level I said - we have none because we have Emily. The day was beautiful, stress free - Emily attended to every detail and 3 people from a 48 person wedding reached out for her contact info. The discounts you get from vendors helps offset the cost but even without that - worth every penny.

I cannot thank Emily enough for the wonderful job she did for our wedding (July 16 2022). She made planning (even during a pandemic) incredibly smooth and simple. She answered every question I had promptly and clearly. She also thought of every detail and made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. She was the one who recommended our perfect venue, and without her suggestion my fiancé and I would not have even thought of it. We had so many compliments about the venue day of. I worked with her throughout my two-year engagement, and it was an absolute joy. I could NOT have planned it without her.On the day of our wedding, she was essential and worked tirelessly to make it a success. She took care of all the set-up, diligently made sure every guest had everything they needed, and made sure all key moments of the night ran perfectly. I cannot express how much she attended to every detail. She made the night stress free and allowed myself and my husband to just focus on having an amazing time. One of my bridesmaids had very recently given birth, so she made she sure was attended too and had everything she needed to be able to care for herself and her tiny baby at the wedding. She truly puts the couples needs and wants first, and really made all our wedding dreams come true. I highly recommend booking Emily Ireland for ANY event!

Emily was amazing to work with when planning our wedding at our private location. Emily was so well organized and went above and beyond our expectations. Emily was professional and made everyone always feel at ease. Emily planned every detail from recommending vendors, booking all our vendors, looking into insurance options, creating timelines, organizing safe rides home, conducting a rehearsal, and so much more. We honestly could not have had the wedding we pictured without her. Our goal was always to have a stress-free, relaxing time at our wedding and Emily ensured it was just that. We highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding, she is worth every penny and so much more!

Words cannot begin to describe how invaluable Emily truly is. I normally have a hard time letting go of control, but Emily took over with ease and did not disappoint one bit. She was consistently on top of everything and I confidently put my trust in her to put together my vision and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! The day of my wedding, I forgot to pack the place cards for the head table and Emily noticed and saved the day by printing a set before arriving to the venue. Not only that, It was 34 degrees in August and I suffered from heat exhaustion 5 minutes before my first dance. Emily noticed again, brought supplies to save the day with a cold compress on my back - she brought me back to life somehow cause I managed to dance the night away perfectly fine! It shouldn't even be a question whether you need Emily's help, you WANT it!

Being a first-time bride, I had no idea how much time and effort went into planning a wedding. This led to me looking for a wedding planner. The wedding was held in my parent’s back yard, so I knew by hiring Emily she would help make everything go smoothly. Emily came recommended to us with great reviews, so we hired her for the full wedding planning package. Emily and I worked together on my wedding over the last year and a half. During this time, we ended up planning not one but three weddings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Emily was there for me to help with any questions and provided recommendations of vendors. She was full of invaluable knowledge. Planning this wedding had its challenges. For example, the catering company we originally booked for our wedding went bankrupt. Emily helped deal with all of these challenges. She was professional, efficient, organized and helpful every step of the way. Even after the ceremony and speeches were over and Emily was leaving for the evening, she noticed the Police driving down the street. The noise complaint was due to the band we had hired. Emily handled this quickly, so my family did not have to, and it did not interfere with our evening. The one thing with planning a wedding is that you never know what is going to happen but having a wedding planner was the best decision I made. I recognize that my experience is unique but if Emily can plan a beautiful wedding during a pandemic then imagine what she can do for you. She was invaluable in so many ways. I would highly recommend her to any bride.

Emily is an absolutely amazing wedding planner. No words I write will do her justice.She took care of everything and more. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and perfect in every way. She had solutions for everything. For example, one of my fingernails got chipped and they day of the wedding, she was able to get the correct colour AND deliver it to my hotel. So above and beyond.She pours her heart and soul into her work. She has a great relationship with the vendors in the area, and she knows the industry extremely well. Many of our guests loved the wedding so much that they asked for her business card.I want to get married again just to work with her again!!! I will update my review when I find better words. When my boss gave me 10 days to try and plan a Christmas open house for a few hundred people, I obviously went to google and looked for an event planner in our area to assist with putting this all together. Im sure Emily thought I was a crazy person but after an email, and a quick call, and less than 24 hours later, she had quotes and a very clearly laid out plan for us to get going. The boss decided against it due to the upcoming bad weather but I was incredibly impressed with her and her team! The work she put in in such a short amount of time is remarkable and will happily be speaking with her for our next event (with more of a heads up!)

The best decision we made in our wedding planning was the decision to hire a wedding planner- and then that planner helped us make a bunch of other great decisions! We had been to a few weddings that Emily had planned and even as guests we could see how much Emily contributed to the flow and success of those weddings so we felt very confident in hiring her. Emily has a great sense of urgency, she’s passionate, she’s well-connected, and she has your best interests at heart. From our first exploratory meeting 6 months in advance to the final minutes of our wedding day in August 2019, we could tell Emily truly cared about us having a wonderful experience. She was very accurate in her budgeting and her estimates on our liquor and food costs, and she knows how to collaborate with all the other vendors in the lead-up and day-of (photographer, videographer, hair & make-up, DJ, etc.) It was remarkable how little we (bride and groom) had to think/worry on our wedding day- we just left all the logistics and minor hiccups in Emily’s capable hands and relaxed and enjoyed the day!
