H&M

Very typical H&M, I want expecting this to be exciting much, most of the clothes are very basic with is no problem if you like that, but every time I walk in… it’s the same things really, some of the items don’t have tags.. Soo you need to find someone… but mostly nice and clean… just boring though

The racks in the women's section is always very jumbled. Its hard to find sizes and styles. I often leave empty handed beacause its too overwhelming.

In my opinion, this is one of the better H&M locations in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. It's spacious, bright, and usually kept fairly tidy compared to most large clothing stores. The quality of clothing available is extremely low, and often feels disposable, but if you're seeking something cheap to wear once or twice you'll certainly find it here.

This location usually has nice options & a good variety of sizes. Chantal gave me 10% off a sweater for a thread which I appreciated as some stores are a bit stingy with discounts for products with imperfections. The line went pretty fast for how busy the day was. Nice selection overall! I do think H&M should get foam hangers though as many of the knits have huge holes in them from their hard hangers so I did have a bit of an issue picking out knits in my size that weren’t damaged.

Worst experience ever. Disappointed!!Lemme put in bullets to highlight the bullying these guys do to the customers.• Pathetic customer service: the guy near the fitting room asked to put the clothes back to the hangers to help him do his job. Are they not paid for it @H&M ?• The guy supposed to help us in billing idk if he was the owner for sure which he thought of himself may be, asked if we are actually going to make a purchase? Who does that to the customer?• Same person making such nasty comments, constantly asked us to leave the store while we were still making the payments.Are they not trained properly, in context of customer service? @H&MWhat’s this behaviour?Never going back to H&M for this worst experience!!Period.

Very good items in a very good affordable price range

They have lots of modern ladies, mens, kids, and baby items. Been in here a few times and mostly haven’t purchased anything. A redeeming factor is that they do a recycling program for clothing so if you bring in a bag of clothes they will give you a $5 off coupon from your next $25/$30 purchase, if they still do this right now I’m not sure. Currently their change rooms are closed for COVID, and the red tag stuff is exchange only, which seems a bit unfair just for this period of time, then you can’t return something if you try it on at home and it doesn’t fit, because it is exchange only. They have a small maternity section as well near the entrance to the kids clothing. Lighting in the store is nice, very light and bright.

I don’t do reviews but this is the worst H&M to shop at. They pick and choose who they went to help. I needed a price check and the person told me that she couldn’t help when a customer before me asked the same question and she was able to help, even one time denied purchase because the manager was too lazy to get an item for me. Get a whole new staff because i’ve never had a good experience here, hopefully your Kitchener location does better. Really look into who you hire.

Staff busy gossiping, managers no where to be seen and if you ask for one takes them forever to come. Staff don’t care about helping you, no product knowledge. H&M should focus on retraining their staff.

I have never felt so disrespected by an employee at a retail store, let alone one I visit so often. Chantal was rude and demeaning and made me feel awful while shopping for myself and my family for the holidays. Her rude and snarky behaviour has ensured i will never return to this h&m.
