I found Mike and Avas Plumbing through a contractor I used on a big home renovation project.I had a leak behind a wall which every plumber I had asked to diagnose had said I would have to take the whole wall down to discover the problem, most of them spent a total of 15 min before handing me a huge estimate for repairs!Mike spent 2 hours checking all the pipes and discovered the problem was a broken pipe in the shower assembly, and he came back with the necessary equipment and fixed it within an hour! He was courteous and respectful and any mess he made he cleaned up. His price was well below what the others, with no real examination, had given me. This is the kind of person you want, an honest person with integrity! I now use Mike and Avas Plumbing for any problem I have. He always contacts me with times he has available and doesn’t make any excuses. I recommend him and Avas Plumbing for anything and everything plumbing related! Thank you very much Mike!

We recently used Avas Plumbing for an emergency pipe leak that occurred in our kitchen. Mike was quick to assess the problem and provide a solution within hours of contacting the Avas team. The job was completed in a timely fashion. The quality of work is top-notch. Mike and his team were very respectful of our home, cleaning any debris made along the way, and being mindful of people working remotely from home. Several weeks ago, I submitted a Homestars request for plumbing work in the kitchen. My sink was backed up due to an exceptionally stubborn clog (the usual plunge / home snake / chemicals procedures didn't work), and a leak resulting from the clog further upstream in the pipes.Michael from Avas Plumbing was quick and professional in his responses. He shared with me a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done, and detailed the steps of the process. He was patient, and did a great job of explaining the issue to a non-expert.Unfortunately, I was unable to use Avas Plumbing as the landlord opted to go with a plumber they've previously worked with. If it were up to me, I would have asked Michael and his team to take care of this issue as my experience with them was very pleasant and professional. I'd certainly consider Avas Plumbing for future work.

I have recently started using Avas Plumbiung on a number of my projects and I have to say I am beyond happy with them. Michael and Joe are prompt, clean and very professional. They have been on time and on budget with all our projects. We already have a few more jobs lined up for them.

Honestly... what was a tub fix, turned into a whole renovation! After calling around, and asking questions, these guys were honest and offered several solutions that were cost efficient. They tried the cheapest way first.. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.They took their time, found a solution without having to cut holes in the wall. Their follow up was unexpected and appreciated!I called them AGAIN 48 hours later for a full kitchen demolition and renovation...
