All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My technician explained the procedure very clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

short wait, technicians very kind and professional. Only complaint is that the clearly stated 'must wear a mask' policy was not enforced and more than half of patients were not masked. Did not feel safe given this is a medical office.

Went for a Mammogram today and was pleasantly surprised that I was taken in early. Everyone from the front desk to the technician were extremely helpful and friendly. I will not hesitate to go to this location again.

Everyone there was professional, kind and really helpful. It was a great experience. Also quite efficient, everything ran smoothly and on time.

Quiet area, free parking is nice!The receptionist was late to open the office, some people were upset this early morning.However the mammography technician was professional, explained by easy language and kindly attitude.

Great balance between efficiency and care. Staff accommodates if extra time is needed, but everything still runs close to on time which is evidenced by short wait times and sticking to schedule. Staff is very professional and organized. Will book future diagnostics at this location whenever possible.

I was in today for an early obstetrical ultrasound. This is my fourth pregnancy, with previously having three losses.I requested to have the screen turned on so I could see the imaging, but the tech said no because ‘it’s not good quality’ and then proceeded to turn the ultrasound screen away from me too. She said I could see at the end.My husband was able to see the screen, and I feel so jipped. I’m a nurse and well aware the tech can’t diagnose, but I feel like it’s within my rights to see the imaging. There are even patient screens for this reason. I had to ask again at the end to see a picture.I am really disappointed in this, and is not in line with trauma informed care. Patient requests and experience should be taken into consideration and not dismissed.Update: After talking to my friends that have had obstetrical u/s, it seems like this is an issue with Mayfair. I realized that all of my other appointments have been with EFW. I will make a point to NOT book with Mayfair again.
