Great company and non-selfish staff, willing to help beyond the scope of their service / role. Nicole from HR was the first point of contact for myself, and she's doing a splendid job representing the business. She was very thorough and transparent when discussing the potential employment opportunities, and purely based on her energy I can tell she enjoys working with Raven roofing. For any new hires they are assigned a mentor for the first few weeks - indicating they appreciate their employees and respect the value of training & mentorship.No red flags from them so far, solid from top to bottom!

Witnessed their pickup truck excessively speeding doing over 140 kms per hour on Hwy 1 today swerving in and out, weaving through traffic crossing solid white lines and driving at incredibly high speeds in the HOV lane with only a single occupant driver. Reckless driving by this company. I see other people left reviews about this same problem of reckless driving - must be a pattern. I will be contacting the police as well. Dangerous company.

Promised to start in the beginning of summer 2019. Started in the end of August 2019. Put ladders in our driveway and left the for the whole winter to create a HUGE problem for all people living in our building. Now it is September 2020. They finally dismount ladder to the roof and left their job UNDONE!Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

It's a lousy place to work especially in AR dept. 6 people left in 2 years. Non designated Controller drives people out from their. I myself worked and left within 3 months .

Bald guy driving was tailgating me.... Keep you distances, if you rear-end someone it will be your fault.

Unprofessional immigrant, non educated self centred know it all’s work at this company. Management is horrible. You won’t get the hours you are promised, they will paint it to be the greatest trade. And they will promise lots of hours and overtime but yet they don’t pay after the 8th hour of the day and will make you work 10 or 11 hours one day and they’ll not call you in the next day and use you to their advantage. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Worst roofing company to work for. The service manager doesn’t have a back bone, the production team points fingers all the time even though you are busting your a$$. The company is Cheap, cheap, cheap. Foreman’s with no tools, 20+ people on a TPO production team and only 1 working lister? Forman’s talking to under age children on work phones… You get demoted if you get in a car accident. Production management staff making fun of your nationality. No safety at all! Call workers comp on all job sites. They also keep money earned as they won’t pay the last week even tho the foreman’s I worked with know the hours as well. Shady shady business. Won’t pay for personal tools used even though you were hired to use your own tools. PN was the one who hired me and also has no back bone and doesn’t live up to his words. Labour relations is also being notified as the whole company lies and cheats.

Have used Raven Roofing over the years always provide great service

Have never used this company for roofing but my experience with them on highway #1 has given me cause to write this review.At roughly 2:41pm traveling westbound on highway #1 around 208th street, an employee from Raven Roofing (clearly by the highly decorated truck) proceeded to flash his high beams at me. Obviously he had places to be which were more important then the places I was going. I was traveling in the fast lane doing 95 KM, and safely keeping at least 2 car lengths between the vehicle in front of me. But this asshat continued to flash his lights at me all the while tail gating me. This went on for a while and I eventually moved over to get into the lane I needed to be in. As I looked over at this fool, he was yet again tail gating the vehicle I had just been behind.Someone needs to inform this idiot that in this downpour you need to keep a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front of you. Had I needed to slam on my brakes he would have crashed into me.

I recently applied for a position with Raven as a friend of mine works for this company and has said many good things. I was contacted by Nicole in HR. She was extremely professional and informative. We chatted for sometime and I explained unfortunately I accepted a contract in another Province but would definitely contact her when I return! This seems like a great company. Thanks
