I had very bed experience with sparkle. Thay install new washer and dryer and thay change laundry card too. But still i have left balance in old laundry card. I call twice in costumer care no one solve my issue.Representative told me that someone call you back it’s already more than one month and no reply. Other Residents has same issues. Very poor service.

Terrible company. I lost my card, but their policies are they're not responsible for stile cards. Despite the fact, it is within their ability to transfer the balance. They have the card number connected to my name, my address and my phone number.They are literally going to pocket the $40 on my card balance just because they can. They cannot get more trashy.

Sparkle customer services rocks!Adrienne, who responds to my emails provides top notch professional service. Prompt, courteous, to the point, always polite and friendly. I only wish every company had an Adrienne.Any time I run into an issue with my laundry, a quick email (sometimes send to the wrong address…yes…) suffice to have my issue resolved, problems taken care of.One highly satisfies customer here.Thank you Adrienne!

Machines are always breaking down, very very do I ever receive a refund. mpossible to talk to Sparkle staff on the weekendLost my card 3 days ago, called, asked for the money to be transferred to my other card had the PIN number for both, they canceled the wrong card, I'm out almost $40 , approx $19.50 on each card,Front Loaders earnestly joke I think they have in there just as a money grab

They claim a 48hr response time for service.We have one washer and one dryer for 10 2 bdrm apartments.They are NEVER here inside 48 hrs.This time they are more than ONE HUNDRED HOURS LATE......AGAIN!!!!This has been going on for years!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Sparkle Solutions’ customer service, and I must say it was a complete letdown. Every time I reached out for support, they dropped the ball, leaving me extremely frustrated and unsatisfied.First and foremost, their response time was abysmal. It felt like I was playing a never-ending game of phone tag, with countless attempts to get in touch with a representative resulting in long holds and being transferred from one department to another. It’s as if they were intentionally avoiding addressing my concerns promptly.Even when I did manage to speak with someone, the level of competence and professionalism was severely lacking. The representatives seemed disinterested and unprepared to handle my inquiries. They often provided vague and unhelpful responses that left me even more confused than before. It was evident that they lacked the necessary knowledge to effectively assist customers.Furthermore, Sparkle Solutions’ lack of accountability was truly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they constantly deflected blame and made excuses. Their unwillingness to acknowledge and rectify their errors only added to the frustration and dissatisfaction I experienced as a customer.Overall, my experience with Sparkle Solutions’ customer service was a complete disaster. Their inability to provide timely and competent support, coupled with their lack of accountability, has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and provides the support they deserve.

My building changed over to these machines that are smaller and more expensive than the ones we had before. Not to mention the card loading machine struggles to work nearly every time. Gonna be taking my laundry to my relatives house to do from now on

I recently called their customer service line to report that half of the dryers in our building were out of order. They said they'd send someone right away. It's been a week since then and not only have none been fixed, but even more have broken down. We are down to only seven working dryers out of the eighteen in our building, and this is not enough for a building our size. This isn't a recent problem either. Machines are constantly breaking down, and often they appear to be working and will accept your money only to not heat up or not spin. I've been ripped off several times by these machines.Edit: A couple more weeks have passed and now every single dryer in our building is out of order. We've been told by building management that repairs are still days away. This is ridiculous.

If a lower rating was possible Sparkle Solutions Service would certainly be entitled to it. Their services are theft, as I experienced when I had spent nearly 20 dollars and waited through 4 cycles of drying and my clothing was almost as wet as when it had come out of the wash. If possible my recommendation is to take your business somewhere else as you'll be saving both your time and money.
