I was shorted by the cashier when I went in to pick up an order, when I pointed out that the change I received was incorrect, I was told to “do the math”… I know that 51.50-21.47= 30.03… Teach your cashiers to do math.

Ordered via UberEATS. Got the large chicken tandoori pizza. The onion and tomato toppings were raw and were clearly added after the pizza was cooked. The dough was good but the pizza was clearly not the best they produced.

Food was amazing to be honest , but disappointed with the service. The girl who took our order seemed so unpleasant, they were not wearing gloves and was talking to another staff while making the dough.

The best pizza in the whole Waterloo. The pizza is so delicious. No words. Also, the owner's so sweet. He even gives you suggestions according to your taste. Heads up to them. Wil be visiting everytime.

Never seen any food store in Canda where the employees prepare pizza without using gloves . They don’t even wash or sanitize their hands before preparing pizza . Most of them doesn’t even wear a beard net too . It’s disgusting to see such unhealthy and dirty practices while preparing food . Be ready to have serious diseases while eating food from this store .

Worst pizza ever. Order extra cheese but its totally uncooked. Total waste of money. We called and gave feedback about the issue, the staff talked rudely by saying you ordered extra cheese, so its there. We can’t do anything about it. Next time order a normal pizza. We have previously ordered extra cheese from other stores as well, but extra cheese doesn’t mean you can’t even pick the slices because of cheese in pizza. See the photos, not a good way to cook and treat customers
