Kalola Spa

I’ve been going to Kalola Spa for years. Not only are all their staff wonderful, but they also treat locals with extra special love by offering packages for those that live nearby…how awesome! I’ve had RMT massage, facial and body scrubs/wraps done and always leave feeling rejuvenated and fresh!

Late review !! I had a facial by Layla a few weeks ago and it was the best facial I have had. Everything she did was purposeful. Products she used on me gave me an amazing glow. Her neck treatment put me to sleep. I recommend her for facials!

Late review, I tried to post my review before.. but I suppose I never submitted properly.I've went to Kalola spa a few years ago, and I was absolutely disappointed.My partner at the time, had booked us in for a couples message. I was eight month pregnant at the time. Once we arrived, we were placed in a room out back. Super cute calming room.The ladies came to get us.. and informed us, they had no room for us, but had set us up in the conference room. Once we walked in. The room had two beds and music playing. They've asked us to strip down.. and left us in the room for a few minutes. The lady who specializes in pregnancy messages, wasn't available.. therefor, I paid for services offered by someone who wasn't qualified for pregnancy message. (Kind worker, super nice. Just wish I got what I paid for and a proper room)Once our message was done, they forgot I was booked for a pedicure. We've informed the ladies at the front desk, they put us back into the back room.While we were waiting, we've noticed more guests coming in... were handed handed white robes and slippers.This was my first spat experience It definitely wasn't the type of guest experienced I enjoyed.. or would go back to.

Worst reflexology and pedicure ever!My reflexology was simply terrible. In the hour massage, I had no more than 4 minutes of actual foot (I.e. sole of the foot) massaging, both feet combined. In fact, the hour session only lasted 35 minutes, and included time for clearing away towels and lying in the dark with hot towels on my feet. Towels which get cold very quickly. About 90% of the time was spent rubbing my legs- not what I paid for, wanted or expected.I also had a pedicure - first time I’ve had one lying down, which was almost pleasant, except that the soak time was limited and not repeated once on the bed = cold, I mean freezing feet. Another bad experience with this also. And there were no clippers used, and my nails needed it - 5 days later and they already need a trim.Will not return to this spa. It's way too expensive to receive bad treatments.To be fair" it seems it’s hit and miss here

On a recent trip to Blue Mountain, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a (much needed) couple's RMT massage after an overwhelming summer. I have had massages in the past and this was my boyfriend's first. To say it was an excellent experience would be an understatement! The booking process was simple, the price was reasonable and the location was unbeatable. The facilities were clean, relaxing and smelled amazing! Michael and Heather were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. In comparison to other massages in the past, I found this one to be the best- Michael personalized my massage to focus on where I needed it most and took his time to give me a thorough introductory massage that was efficient and both relieving and relaxing. Heather made my boyfriend feel very comfortable throughout. We both left feeling much better then we walked in. We would highly recommend Kalola Spa for your next visit to Blue Mountain and will surely be back ourselves, Thank you Heather and Michael!

I was there last week, twice. I had the facial with Laila on Tuesday and a relaxation massage on Wednesday morning. They were both amazing and I have told all my friends they must experience Kalola!!

LOVED Kalola. I had a RMT massage and a facial. They were both heavenly. It was nice that before the massage she mentioned she wouldn't be talking so I could fully relax and enjoy the massage and even fall asleep if I wanted to. The massage was amazing I loved the warm towel treatments.Layla gave me the best facial I have ever had. I enjoyed the sensations of warmth and cold she incorporated with the facial massage. My skin was glowing after the facial.Will definitely return to Kalola!!

I just had the best service I have had in a very long time, firstly by two employees and then by the owner. Firstly, i was so lucky to get Kim for a Deluxe facial. She was so caring, kind and gave me a wonderful treatment. Then I was once again fortunate to have Layla for a Mani and Pedi.She also took such good care of me and really great treatment. Then later I had the owner Carol go above and beyond to give me wonderful service...and wth a smile.All the people at Kalola Blue are great people that really care. It's so refreshing.Thank you Carol and Co!

Transformed! That's how I felt after leaving Kalola. The spa is beautiful and the staff there are friendly and professional. I arrived a bit stressed out but then I had the most amazing (and relaxing) facial and head massage from Alison. I also had.a fabulous manicure. By the time I left I felt like a new person! Thanks to Alison I had the best spa experience in a very long time!

I had the mountain escape massage and a complimentary all day access pass to the indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs. The staff was so kind and accomodating, my RMT did a fantastic job (they do give receipts for insurance), and the outdoor hot tubs are absolutely perfect in the winter time. I could spend all day there. I definitely recommend kalola! [It's inside the blue mountain inn]
