Order was completely wrong!I ordered a spicy chicken Asiago meal with a strawberry lemonade and had my coworker pick it up for me as I'm working a 13 hour shift.I received a coke and a bun without the burger!It was apparently not busy at all when she went to pick it up but yet no one is answering my calls at all!I'm so disappointed, I can't go back to the store, because I'm working 13 hours today.Would love this to get resolved.

When there this time the service was very slow. Waited 30 minutes inside for our order. This is the first time having to wait this long for our order. I understand they have to keep the drive thru moving, and uber and door dash seems to take president over those who choose to dine in. There was no problem with our food, but I think next time will do the drive thru do get faster service. No matter which way you are going through their establishment they need to step up the service in a more timely matter.

The service here is the worst. The employees are not well trained and they don't follow Corp requirements. I love wendys and this one is ruining the name. This time it took me 15 min to go thru drive-tru for a frosty. Manager did not care. Young man telling have a good day over me talking. I've asked to speak with the owner so many times and never got a call.

Bad service aside, I have now had to deal with multiple missing items on almost every skips or door dash order I receive from this location. I just don't get why it's happening, you guys have an easy job. Why can't you do it right. And once again I know that noone at Wendy's is willing to try to help or make things right so here's another shining review Wendy's. Your definitely going to be in business for the long haul:/

Ordered a meal with large fries got home with the good to find a small fry and no receipt in the bag. Tried to call the store but apparently they’ve forgotten how to answer the phones and just let them go to voicemail over and over again. Tried to complain on the Wendy’s website but because I have no receipt I do not have the store number and cannot submit my complaint. Customer service in general there has gone downhill definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

We were just at wendy’s this evening. The man who served us at the window/ register was the kindest nicest worker we have ever met. Wonderful man who is a very hard worker. Hope the manager sees this comment and gives recognition to his front window employee Saturday March 18th 2023.

First time having breakfast, ever, ordered the new bacon on a croissant, type of bun, it was delicious and made fresh. I definitely will be coming back for breakfast. I've never bought breakfast before at Wendy's, so glad I decided to try it. I was out picking up groceries early, I hadn't eaten yet, so tried it. Delicious. Recommend this breakfast sandwich. Friendly service too. Had a tasty real apple juice, she recommended it and it was the best apple juice I've ever tasted, honestly. By simply juice. Try it.
